After making & confirming my cleaning, the day before my appointment a very nasty lady called from home with a kid screaming in the background telling me I had a balance unpaid for over 5 years! Someone was having a bad day and decided to take it out on me. I was not so nice with someone and may be there was a balance but I didn't now! Went to a new dentist in Elizabeth and thank g-d, I'm very satisfied, I'm not paying cash anymore and will keep my receipt. I don't have insurance, today I just paid $6500.00 for a bridge. Dr Nunez still has that person on staff, she's now in the office, good luck if you have to deal with her on a bad day.
