Received no salad and quarter only, my boyfriend ordered bacon cheeseburger and never got bacon on it... I am asking hooooow ? and whyyyy ? Today we did last mistake ordering from that place. Ordered pizza adding my own toppings . Paid 1.20 for extra sweetcorn but.. It came with barely any on it. We just counted 14 bits of sweetcorn on it. Only on one side of pizza... Okay lets open next item. My partner following menu choose Donner Chips and extra cheese. Exact description from online app we used. Came in with chill sauce it was never stated in the menu. Imagine if that would be person allergic to it? This place became dangerous to people to eat in. Working in the same industry I know for fact place can issue the refund and collect the food if customer is not happy with it or it was almost poisoned with it. End of the day over the phone person who picked up had no manners, customer service or English skills. Ive been lied to that they are not able processed the refunds because that's they policy. But he can make new food for us. We said that we don't want another food anymore because we are just put off from they food and we just want money back for that kebab and we are not asking for full order refund just for the one item. The worker whoever he is told us he's the manager of the shop and he doesn't want to refund us any money and asked ,,Don't call us for refund anymore" being rude and not understandable the point of the customer at all. I was absolutely appalled to see that the employees are using their BARE HANDS to touch all kind of food, both cooked food (such as fish) but also raw ingredients from the cold condiments section... They should wear gloves... I even saw the person preparing my order go out of sight further inside the kitchen and reappear a few seconds later with a handful of frozen peas in his BARE HAND which he threw into the frying pan to prepare my Risotto Verda. I said to the lady who had accepted my order that this was not OK, to which she said they ALL USED THEIR BARE HANDS AT THIS SHOP and this was OK as long as their hands were clean... I saw her using her BARE HAND to pull out two pre-cooked pieces of fish from the heated window to prepare somebody's fish and chips order... And this is the person who touched the till machine and handled cash, etc. I asked to speak to the manager but was refused. When I said I would unfortunately have to report them to the local food hygiene authority, there was a flurry of activity as another employee started dealing a number and handing the phone over to the lady speaking to me... I asked for my receipt so I could go (without the food obviously) and as I was going out of the shop she shouted behind me that I should better never go back... So adding poor customer service to poor food hygiene and handling... Just so disappointing. This can't be right. I have reported the shop to the local food hygiene authority. I would ask everyone reading this review to please observe if the hygiene remains poor at this shop and report them accordingly. It would be worth it if we could save at least one person from getting a bug or infection or food poisoning after eating food from this shop.
