The food itself is split into two categories, traditional chip shop and indian take way, and yet The Fountain in no way lose their identity, they have a high standard of food which speaks for itself. While the food is great after a night out, it is also good enough that it can be eaten sober and really enjoyed. The staff are very friendly and are quick to make the food, and usually will make food to order. If you don't mind the wait for fresh food, made from fresh ingredients, then there is a comfortable enough seating area, which some diners actually use to eat in, although I have yet to sit in and eat here(, I'm usually happier eating my chips at home.) I have used the delivery service from here as well, and have never waited longer than forty-five minutes, even at peak times, and have never felt the quality differs whether it is bought in store or over the phone.
