For 400 Days I could not run - so I tried EVERYTHING! Stem cells, Peptides, Chiropractic, Just keep running (bad idea), Laying in bed for a month (bad idea)..Nothing worked until I stepped into Drews Physical therapy office. He did a full 3 hour long examination to figure out exactly where my pain points were. We started with light rehab, massages, dry needling, psoas release, and slowly built up to walking .25 miles every other hour or so, along with implementing the Miguel Big 3 of Course. Prior to this, I couldn't walk or stand for longer than 10 minutes, I was stuck in an upright sitting position. Fast Forward 6 months, I am writing this after just getting back from Everest Base Camp and summiting Lobuche, a 20,000 ft peak. This Adventure required 26 days of 12 miles + of hiking, some of which were over 15 hours long.
