The online payment system is always broken, so he insists on taking payment over the phone with your credit card (red flag!). Well, last week I was charged double my rent without authorization or warning. I called to get it fixed and was literally yelled at by the manager who blamed me and said "you never said you didn't want to pay two months!" What??? Awful customer service. This is exactly why I hate not paying online. Now I have to wait 5-7 business days for the money he took without my permission to go back to my account. I will be going to the BBB. Go to a reputable place that has integrity and a solid business structure.

The new management does not have any knowledge of customer service whatsoever and has yet to figure out how to use their software. They have completely lost sight of how to deal with the public and only know their "corporate rules" and how to shove them down your throat. The previous management actually smiled, were courteous, and always helpful...we have been with Storage Solutions for over 10 years and the woman behind the desk never took that into consideration when throwing the new "corporate rules" at us. We are now looking for a new storage unit location...I recommend you do the same.

The staff has always treated me with kindness, dignity, and respect, and I've always felt like they actually care about their customers--not just the units they rent. Value is a top priority to me ,as it is most, and they definitely make sure your Dollar goes the mile! What has meant the most to me is how seriously they have taken the security of my belongings and my privacy. After a relationship ended, I had an ex who had previously been authorized to access my storage unit. When that situation changed and I no longer wanted him to have access, the staff took my concerns seriously and helped make sure my unit and belongingS a a were protected. I felt listened to, respected, and safe rather than being made to feel like I was causing a problem. Over five years, I've consistently had positive experiences here. Having a storage facility where you can trust the people running it makes such a difference, especially when you're storing things that are important to you. I absolutely recommend Dollar Self Storage and am very grateful for the way they have treated me over the years. Five stars! * also they consistently have new account deals like 1-2 free months - dont forget to ask! Thanks robert & staff !!!

As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed.
