Every single time I go, EVERY SINGLE staff member is awesome, attentive, professional and courteous. And they have all been here so long too. That says something about how this location is run. I have complimented the manager in person about her staff being so great. Sorry I took so long to post this well deserved positive review. I'm sorry I cannot recall the names... but once I had a copy order I needed pronto and last minute. It was near closing time and the two fellas whipped that order out for me so fast! So fast, with a smile and pleasant small talk too! I have never had a bad experience here ever, no matter what my reason for being inside is. Thanks team! You are all awesome, we appreciate you!

We were a little disorganized when we arrived but he was a pro. Verifying all our information & even assisted with making photocopies. We made quite the drive from i17 & McDowell because we work M-F and this location made it so convenient with Saturday availability. WRONG! As soon as we walked in just a crooked white piece of paper saying "No Saturday Passports". Nothing about temporary closures. Nothing about why or how long they aren't available (despite usps.com saying otherwise). We were trying to do this on our way to Flagstaff to visit family, so it was on our route anyway. It just sucks that it didn't indicate when Saturday appointments would be available again. I know I should've snapped a pic but I was annoyed at the time and just stormed out.

This post office had availability for me to book my honey's passport appointment the day before!…read more It is out there, but worth it. Devon was the attendant who took in my partner's app and fees. I must have looked up the wrong information because our fees were a lot less than what I had originally seen online. They did run a little late despite the appointment. Even though we arrived 10 mins before scheduled time, there were still 3 people in line also processing theirs. They might have been walk-ins, which are accepted til 1pm according to USPS.com. So know that if you set an appointment here, they might run a little late, but you know that 1ish pm is the latest you'll leave here for passport apps. I would make the drive out here if I knew someone else who needed passport services. That would give me a reason to go back to Beni's Pizza (which is walking distance from here).

My, have the rates gone up! eBay wanted $100 to ship my item without insurance or a signature. I was able to ship it for about $80 with a signature required and extra insurance from this location. I almost never get a better deal than what eBay is offering for their labels. This location has two of the sweetest dogs hanging out behind the counter, it was really nice to see such well behaved pups. Some people may not appreciate this, but I lost my pup a couple months ago... and it was enjoyable for me to hang out with these two pups while my order was being packed. I really dreaded making the drive and doing the errand, but by the time I got home I still had a smile on my face from the positive experience. I'll probably stop here for all my shipping needs going forward.
