An LLC for Herbalife Nutrition, New Life is one of the original nutrition clubs in the area. There are many sprouting up around the southcoast in MA and RI, but this is one of the few that also offers free fit-camps and other low cost fitness classes for all levels. The nutrition club specializes in gourmet smoothies that are 200 calories or under, while providing a minimum of 24 grams of protein and an abundance of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to constitute as a full meal! The hot or iced metabolism boosting teas are fantastic and delicious while providing energy without the crash!! They also provide homemade protein treats, snacks and even pies during certain times of the year to keep you on track with your goals. You do not need to join Herbalife in order to visit here. This is a great family and community at New Life Nutrition and are welcoming to everyone who comes through the door. They also take credit cards and have the five star program so you can earn points for every visit!

Sometimes it's super awkward to walk into a shake shop and be the only person in there, so then you have to make awkward conversation with the person on the bar. Not here! They also don't try to hard sell you. The most they will ask is, "would you like a free wellness eval today?". You can say "no thank you," and they will leave you alone. Weirdly enough, this is the #1 reason why I keep coming back for shakes here!

It was a little bit overwhelming to me because I wasn't really sure who to see or what to do as there were many different menus on many different walls and a display which apparently had different types of scents of marijuana. They also had some gift items and apparel. I think there was something like a waterfall there too. I went up to one of the Bud tenders, and I told her that I wanted 5 or 10 mg CBD without THC. She asked for my ID again, which must be standard procedure. There's no way I look under 21, haha! I don't know if it was my mistake or the Bud tender, but apparently I ended up purchasing the wrong one. I paid for the item. She gave me a small discount as a first time buyer and I gave her a tip. Unfortunately, the item I ended up using was a 50 mg gummy. Good thing I cut it in half as a precaution! I ended up being extremely sedated, which I didn't really want. For all I know, it could have been my mistake because I could have pointed to the wrong one on the website on the tablet. Also, the labeling on the back of the package was confusing, because it said that there were 0 mg of THC, but there was a warning label that says warning this item contains thc. I'll be back, but of course, I'll make sure that I know exactly what I want and check the label before I leave.

Her enthusiasm is contagious, and she creates a positive, encouraging environment that makes the class both fun and challenging. DO NOT use their towels there was poop stuck on them when I went. You could tell it was put through the wash but regardless still washed poop stuck to it. The part that gets inserted into the colon is brand new out of the package every time. I saw poop on the floor, kind of under the machine so it would be a bit difficult to reach with a mop, but still poop on the floor. So if you wipe down the part you sit on and the other toilet yourself and then use your own towels, & flip flops that you never take off you should be good. 3. DO NOT go here for your first time as he has very little patience and doesn't answer any questions and if anything goes wrong he yells at you like it's your fault instead of kindly helping you with the problem. I read from different reviews that other people work there? When I went it was just him so make sure you ask if you want someone else. 4. I think he might live there? I think your literally walking into this guys house. Because it is a house. So think about going over someone else's grandfathers house and that's what it is. Like it's not just "homey" I'm pretty sure it's his house. For example the vibration plate is in the middle of the living room with a ladder in front so you can hold onto something. The lights& sound meditation is in a different living room so you have people walking by while your eyes are closed. 5. He has no problem touching you or your towel. Granted it was all appropriate touches in appropriate places but there's no warning or request to touch. It was especially jarring when he did it while my eyes were closed on the meditation part. & when he touched my towel while I was on the hydro colon cleanse table.
