Meet the Business Owner: Rachel R.
Rachel Roberts, Founder of Wellness Resolutions is a foodie and people person, Rachel has a passion for helping others discover a healthy lifestyle that is realistic and sustainable for them. She founded Wellness Resolutions in 2004 and directs operations, business development and personalized patient care.
She is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist and Personal Trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She earned her Bachelors of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics from Framingham State College.
When she’s not in the office, she’s dining at a local restaurant, taking long walks outside, hiking or enjoying time with her husband Jeff, daughter Rylie, son Jameson and dog Sam.
