Lisa Foster, M.H.R. is a Certified Life and Health Coach with a foundation in Transformational Change Methodology (TCM). She is the Managing Director of Mindful Transformations and an Executive Career Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison. In addition to coaching, Lisa is a member of Calculus of Talent, a global network of professional talent management practitioners. The network addresses the changing needs of today's workforce using diagnostics and talent analytics. Lisa completed a M.S. in Organizational Development & Human Resource Management, B.A. in Management, A.S. in Pastry Arts and earned a International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification in Life and Health Coaching.
