Read this! This is now my third time going to Perry for colonics. After reading previous reviews I must say, this place is not for weak minded people who just want to be negative and complain. This is a place that you go to learn from a person who is educated from experience who wants to share that education with you. He does vallet your car, who cares! Thank you I'd rather not park it haha. He does recommend healthy choices on what you should eat, duh! Tell me all of the things. I sit there with ears wide open. This guy survived ear, nose throat cancer and beat it in 6 weeks. He reminds me of Yoda / my grandfather / my dad. Totally looking out for me because he cares. He made me feel so comfortable and keeps me in a positive mind frame. I like that it's in a house setting because honestly I would rather not be in a stuffy hospital setting. He even offers over night Airbnb where you can detox and use all of the machines. Which I will be doing for 2 days. No phone no junk food and full access to the outdoor hot tub. Im so LUCKY to have a place like this just 30 min from where I live!!!!! I was looking into an over night retreat like this and the only one I could find was over sees and cost thousands of dollars. People need to lighten up. I can't believe how offended some of these reviewers are because someone was nice enough to park their car or give them advice. Geesh.. don't listen to them! Go and see for yourself (with an open mind)! If you look for negative things you will find them, and you will miss out on all of the positive aspects of this great experience. Oh and there's an adorable hyper allergenic puppy named Milo that you can play with while you're there :)

So I waited about 20 minutes for the front desk attendant to come back so I could get a refund. When he came back he told me he didn't know how to refund my purchase. It was a $6 cash transaction. I suggested voiding the purchase because it was damaged. It took a little bit to figure out but it was refunded. Today I came in for my workout. I asked to use the hydro massage bed And the same employee said okay. But then he told me they're all out of service. I asked him what the issue was and he told me they're old and never work. However, I used it two days ago with no issue. I'm guessing he didn't want to wipe it down since they were closing at 7pm and it was 6:20. I don't give negative reviews often. But this crew might need some constructive criticism.

It was already very small area but not it was reduced to be an even smaller area. I use free weights a lot and it is always over crowded and now less benches are able to occupy the space . So wait time has doubled especially during peak hours. I really wished the new updates included enhancing the free weights as opposed to making it worse.

It's a small, personal place, and the owner, Kim, is warm and welcoming. She offers a variety of classes, from gentle (yin) to hatha to power yoga. The gentle yoga classes are great for people who are just getting into yoga and/or have injuries that have prevented them from trying yoga before. Kim and the other instructors are always very patient and make sure new people take their physical limitations into account when doing any of the positions. The instructors are very "hands on," and In all the classes, they go around and make sure we're doing the positions correctly so we get the most out of them. The classes are invigorating and often challenging (even the gentle ones), but they always end with shavasana--which is about 10 minutes of relaxation and (for those who can) meditation. I always leave feeling more relaxed, more energized, and more focused than when I came in. This is not a place for Type A people. Classes don't start exactly when they should, and sometimes they go over their 90-minute allotment. But if you want a yoga studio where the instructors and the students care about one another and care about creating great energy, I think you'll really love this place too.

I'm still finding new rooms and amenities that make my membership really worthwhile. Most recently, I discovered the 18+ women's locker room, which is separate from the regular women's locker room and it is absolutely wonderful! It's pretty quiet in there, and it includes vanities, hairdryers, a pumping lounge, a sauna, changing rooms, and lockers. It's a very comfortable space for women, which I can really appreciate! I'm also a big fan of the yoga classes here. Tuesday night's "gentle yoga" is a great class with a fantastic instructor. I always look forward to going! There is a little bit of the spiritual aspect of yoga thrown in, but it is not too much. It is mostly focused on the yoga itself. And while it is a slower-paced class, the instructor will suggest ways to make a pose more challenging. Thursday night yoga is also a good time, and a great workout. It feels more like a fitness class, but it still retains that zen yoga energy. There are also day-use lockers that do not require a separate lock - just entering your own code - next to the yoga studio, which makes storing all my stuff really easy. There is also a lot of workout equipment! There is a good variety of machines for cardio (I love the cardio mezzanine, it's such a nice space overlooking the weight room) as well as for weights. When I do not want to workout in the weight room, I can go into one of their gymnasiums and use the free weights in there as long as there are no classes going on. In general, the Y is pretty clean and updated. The only exception is the regular woman's locker room. The staff have always been kind to me and very helpful when I need something. As for parking, the lot gets pretty hectic. It's on a somewhat busy side street off of a busy main road. The lot itself is tight and strict about the use of the parking pass. Overall, there is a lot offered here and I have always been pleased with my experience here.

It is posted to "not record" but apparently people don't care. True story I was doing curls in the mirror and two bros came up next to me, one on each side. They started to tape one another as well as myself because I was sandwiched between them. After one bro was done with his set he requested to view the video from the other bro. " dude you didn't get my traps at the peak, you gotta get them at the peak". This kind of behavior is invasive to anyone who doesn't want to be video taped. The equipment is top notch. Best around in my opinion, but it's so squished together that smashing your knees and elbows into equipment is a common theme. More importantly the bathroom doors have been broken in the men's for for years. Come on guys, it's an easy fix. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. Lastly, the snow removal is a joke. Shovel a path into the gym from the side lot, it only takes a few minutes.

However, what we learned is there were no benefits to adding family members to the current membership. The price is the same, each family member pays the same price for gym maintenance, so no break there. Each family member is bound by their own separate contract, so no transferring benefits among family members. Lastly, if one of the family members needs to cancel their contract, you have to buy out the remaining contract and it can not be transferred to another family member without a fee. Ultimately, do not get fooled, there is NO benefit to adding a family member. Norton Mgr. Tyler is not helpful or customer oriented. BTW - we pay an annual fee for maintenance and on any given day there are at least 5-6 machines out of service.
