The ambiance was great the room was decorated very simply yet calming at the same time. Their tables were heated just right for both of us and the linens were super soft. The massage itself, was fan-tas-tic! I asked for a more vigorous massage and boy did I get one! Jody (my therapist) told me I would be sore the next day like I had just worked out, she wasn't lying folks. What really stood out for both of us though was the attention the therapists paid to our joints. Never before have I had a therapist work my knees or my actual shoulder joints it was really wonderful. Now the icing on the cake here is that they give you ten minutes after your massage to just relax. It was really so simple but just knowing that we didn't have to rush out gave us this little chunk of time to transition back to the real world. Finally I can't say enough about the level of customer service we received. I very easily set up and appointment via a text, which I always appreciate. Jody and Alex welcomed us at the door and then carefully reviewed our paperwork to make sure they were giving us the experience we wanted. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The waiting room is welcoming and the private treatment rooms are quiet and calming. Each room has it's own tone, that is set fourth by the therapist. This place is without a doubt top notch. They are a full service healing center that offers quite an impressive menu of holistic treatments that are 100% client focused. It is clear that the therapists and all staff in general are there because they want to be. Therapists are knowledgeable and incredibly able to contour every treatment to the client's needs or requests. I have been in with Stanley for a 70 minute deep tissue massage. Stanley is incredibly talented and focused on your body and body responses. He is professional and thorough. The deep tissue experience is just wonderful - especially for those that are on their feet for their profession - Nurse, etc.. I have scheduled another massage with Stanley and cannot wait to go back. It really helps to detoxify the body, loosen the muscles and clear the mind. I recently went in for a 70 minute hot stone full body Swedish massage with Kayla. Kayla is a very skilled and masterly in her craft. Again, she contours the massage to the client and is very interested in any specific areas / body stress you may be having. The music in her room is outrageously calming and appropriate. Her massages literally take you to another place. I was so calm and relaxed when I left I had to sit in my car for a minute before I started driving! She spares not one second of your session for anything other than making you feel absolutely wonderful. I plan on being a regular of Kayla's as well. This place is a 10. It is such a step above your "chain" massage centers. If you are looking to take your healing needs to the next level, look no further. They offer amazing incentives for first-timers and students. They always have a special of some kind running to help members maximize their experience without maximizing the cost. The value goes far beyond what you would expect. Absolutely fabulous!

Jake used a combination of techniques on me utilizing various sports stretches, hands on deep tissue massage, used cupping in which I can say i was unaccustomed to, and even got in using a massage gun. I can say I was definitely in less pain and felt much better after. Jake was very professional and evaluated my pain level throughout my massage and after discussed follow up and aftercare. Her skill level is high at baseline, plus she teaches massage therapy at a local training institute so she is always up-to-date on new and innovative techniques. I prefer Swedish massage but occasionally needed lymph drainage or more medical massage due to workout injuries and she always delivered--light pressure, deep pressure, she does it all! She seems to be one of those people who is a lifelong learner, so when I would ask about a technique or something to assist, she was always consulting books and colleagues in between our sessions and improving her craft. Plus, her professionalism is superb--she always confirmed my massages, ensured we had a good schedule, and communicated clear expectations about what to expect and cost. The price is perfect--it's just enough to where I believe she is being fairly compensated for her work, low enough to where I can afford it 2x/month, and she did not nickel and dime me ($10 for hot stones, $5 for essential oils), like some other places. Her goal seems to be to treat the person's needs and works in a wide range of skills and tools. The ambiance is nice, too. It's on the second floor of an office building, so it has that office feel outside. But in her room, it's organized, and has elements to adjust to your comfort--various lighting, temperatures, and blankets.
