It was well kept, plenty of parking, everyone (including my Doctor) was incredibly nice and knowledgeable and most importantly it was super clean! I was pleasantly surprised to even notice how wonderful of an experience I had and altho I don't want to be sick, it won't be more of a painful trip if/when I do have to go back.

I was worried about the surgery because this could affect my gait. I made the call and received an appointment with Dr. Michael Reuter. I hit the jackpot! From that appointment until my release date, Dr. Reuter has been fabulous. Not only did he take excellent care of my foot but he also made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Of course, I had many, many questions but Dr. Reuter always took the time to answer every one. It was so reassuring to me to know that Dr. Reuter was doing all the worrying and that I could concentrate on healing. Dr. Reuter - thank you for everything even though it doesn't seem enough. Dr. Song takes her time with her patients, is kind, and very competent. She answers all of my questions and seems genuinely interested in my life and well-being. Parking is a breeze, just be careful when driving there, the building is VERY easy to miss--sort of tucked away off the main road!

I went to get my COVID test here (asymptomatic - just precautionary for travel purposes) and I had…read morea fairly pleasant experience. 1) You have to make an appointment beforehand to schedule a "screening." During the screening, a nurse calls to ask some basic questions. Then, another nurse calls and asks you to schedule a drive-by test. She tells you how it will work and what time to arrive. 2) The toughest part about the test was finding the place! To find this on the GPS, type in 3620 Pawtucket Ave, East Providence, RI. Otherwise, you will be zooming past it and not know where to park. 3) I spent maybe seven minutes waiting behind two other cars. A woman greeted me and had me show her my driver's license. I then drove up to the tent. There were two people in gloves and N95's. They gave me a pamphlet and made a few jokes. They seemed pretty perky for people administering tests. She told me that they would be "tickling my brain for a couple seconds." I appreciated the humor. 4) The swab was tiny. Probably the width of two hairs. It was in and out of my nose in two seconds. Not very painful, but slightly uncomfortable. They put the swab in a plastic bag and told me that they would call me in 3-5 days. Overall, a good experience. I was nervous going in, but the staff made me feel comfortable and didn't treat me like I was some kind of infectious monster. My insurance covered it, so it was free for me with no copays! I'll definitely go back if I feel like I need a test again.

He finally gave up and went to the emergi center who, after giving him a check up, etc., put him in an ambulance and sent him to RIH with pneumonia!!!! I was due for a checkup Jan 2015, and I found this group, 12 minutes from my home in Cranston. I called on Monday morning at 8:00 and I had an appointment scheduled for that afternoon. Twice since then I have had an "emergency" --horrific cough, and sciatica. Both times I have been seen that day with 1/2 hour the most I had to wait. I have seen my PCP 4 times and the two occasions where I needed to see someone that day, I saw two different Docs and they have ALL been wonderful. They are all women and they all do family practice. OBGYN, Pediatrics, and adults. Try them----you'll LOVE them!!!!!
