She had a pleasant demeanor. I admit, I was a little stressed, but I have had several colonics in the past several years ago at another location. Just wanted to follow the procedure correctly. Sometimes it helps to have the clinician more involved (especially when she saw my struggles), or give better and clear counsel regarding what to do if there isn't evidence of ample release. After the session was complete, then she gave instruction on what to do "next time". I feel like this negatively affected my experience. That's too bad...I was so hopeful. I'll have to continue my search for a facility but I appreciate that she was kind. The facility was clean. Too bad she didn't give this guidance while I was in the session. After treatment the child was in pain for a couple of weeks and my cousin decided, and rightfully so, she couldn't use the rest of the package. She asked for a refund and was told she couldn't get one but instead she could m use it herself for up to one year. My cousin was not interested and I suggested she transfer the package to someone else if possible. She contacted the owner to explain and ask if a transference was an option. The owner said yes but the new party would need to pay $100 for a consult. What??? $100 is paying for the colonic, lady. She is attempting to gouge people and it's so messed up this is what we do each other. How do you prey on a desperate mother and then have the temerity to think she's going to then hand you another person to take advantage of. Don't go here. Go for someone more ethical and less heartless. I wouldn't trust this kind of greedy spirit.

I left a message hoping I'd get a call back, but none ever came. I either would've come in later if possible, or rescheduled. Instead of calling me back they simply charged me for the appointment. That, to me, is not how you teat a client. If I had never called, or was just a poor patient I can see that being the course to take, but if i Try to reschedule, or come in later that day they should work with me, and not simply charge me. I arrived there early and filled out some paperwork, when it was my time I was lead to a room in the back where the Angel of Water system is located, Nadine explained the whole procedure to me and she made me feel very comfortable, she then left the room so I could remove my pants / boxers and hop on and insert the tube. You press a button to signal that you are ready to start and she will come in and turn the machine on. It's a strange feeling at first but you soon get used to it and know when you get the feeling to go, you just go to push out the water and waste. She does leave the room for the most part and just checks on you to make sure everything is fine. Overall I recommend everyone should get this done, you will be surprised at the waste that comes out, I have already scheduled another session, it's recommended that you have this done a minimum of 3-5 times to really clean out your system.
