The location has a lot of parking and easy to find. I normally go to get my brows waxed only. My Technician was busy at another location so I decided to get both services, pedicure and my eyebrows done. Their pedicure prices are clearly posted on the walls. When I saw that the lowest price pedicure was $45, I turned to the Tech and said, I see you have gel polish pedicure is $45. I don't want gel, only a basic pedicure. He said gel and basic are the same price. My eyes got big!! I wasn't in the mood to say anything back to him. I started out having a good experience at the shop until I went home and three days later my nails started to chip. When I went back on Monday for a repair the Mgr would not repair because I didn't know the Techs name. I looked around the shop to see if she was there and I didn't see her so I was instructed to come back on Thursday and I did but it wasn't a pleasant experience. I finally said something and the guy comes over and is clearly rushing to do my nails. I said "sir please don't rush to do my nails, I know you are busy". He replies "you can go". I asked if he could stretch my fingers real quick and he told me " that they only do that with manicures". What?! I spent $45 not $27 at my regular spot ( and she does cleans like a manicure and massages my hand, arm. The pedicure lady was good. The Tip I left was not much due to service. We've all been wondering what the world will look like after COVID-19. I was a little nervous to get out for a manicure after the stay home order was lifted. But New Nails has it figured out. As of now, they're only accepting clients by appointment only between 10am and 6pm only. Only a certain amount of customers can sit in the waiting room at a time. They assign seating so that you're 6 ft away from other clients seeking services. Before you see the nail technician you're required to either wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer in the waiting area. There are plastic guards that separate the customers from the nail technicians with an opening at the bottom to stick your hands through. But most importantly Le did an amazing job. She was quick but still very thorough. I love my nails and will be back in two weeks. I Highly recommend. read more

This was my first time visiting this nail spa I was killing time waiting on someone so I thought I would check it out. From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked how I was doing and what services I would like. I didn't even look at the price list because I originally just came in for a gel color change. Once he looked at my nails he said he would do a fill for only $5 dollars more making my total $20 dollars I was like WHOA! Ok let's do that! I was shocked at the super reasonable pricing. Not only did the fill, but he also cut my nails down and reshaped them and did a gel polish without any extra charges. I was very pleased. The place listed all their licenses right up front and it was nice and clean. They have 15 nail stations and 14 spa chairs for pedicures and they also have an area where they wax and do eye lash extensions. The place was huge. If you are ever looking for a reasonable but exceptional nail experience check them out. Michael finished my nails in 30 minutes and I loved the color and the shape. I still go to my normal nail salon but this place looked too good to pass up so I had to try it. He stated he was giving me the deluxe pedicure but the young lady next to me was getting Deluxe as well he did half of the steps that was supposed to be done for deluxe pedicure and then try to charge me. Of course I told him I was not paying for and half ass job! I told him he needed to fix my nails because they were terrible he went to try to go back and fix them make them even worse than what they originally were. This salon does not offer regular nail polish so 10 minutes into our mani/pedi they give my 9 y.o. daugher the gel nail color chart. For me, the UV light is too much for that age so I opted to continue with no polish. I guess because we weren't getting any polish they started rushing to get us out of the way for the "money makers". As you can see my nails look like SH*T...guess the polish would have made them look more glam. I get manicures all the time with no polish (just clear) and my nails have never looked this bad. The nail tech waited until I got my nails and toes completely finished then CHANGED the pricing when it was time to pay, when I disputed she got the manager whom asked me to take the polish off!! Don't worry...I didn't. However, the owner almost made me flip when she screamed that she hates crazy people and accused me of being a thief and stealing! The owner advised me, not to come to the shop again and that she would be putting my photo on the window of the shop as a thief, and I THOROUGHLY hope she does!!! I hope she opens that can of worms so that I can proceed legally with every intent. I explained that I intended and would indeed pay the price that I was quoted by the nail tech and not a cent more, she then asked me to pay the escalated pay amount and simply withhold the tip..."TIP!!! You can't possibly believe that I would be leaving a tip in a situation like this" When I sat down and was quoted a price $33, I repeated the services that I would be getting twice and asked if all the services were included in the price and twice the nail tech replied "Yes" It's not my fault she has difficulty with her arithmetic. She did my manicure in 10 minutes and then barely massages my hands after. I got my toes polished with Gel and she literally JUST polished them, no file, no offer to cut down, nada. I have been here a few times, mainly holidays because they are festive and the main girl is hilarious and fun to be around. Today I went for Mother's Day with my mom and sister. I got a gel mani, they both got pedis and eyebrows. My gel mani looks literally like either me or my 5 year old nephew did my nails. The girl really just didn't care and was ready to go by the time she got to me. She was really awful. My mom and sister both felt their pedicures were mediocre at best. I wouldn't recommend at all! Every time I come to this place, they try to charge a different price for the same service if they think you are a new customer.... and depending on the nail tech, they may omit certain parts of the service but still charge you the same price. I always give places a second chance. Second time coming here, not only was there attitude, but my nails were horrible. If you don't want to do someone nails then don't do it. The first guy i wanted coffin nails.. it was no where nail coffin nails when I showed him a picture. Second time, I waited over a month, and I got someone else. This guy caught an attitude because he had to do my nails, I changed my mind on the shape BEFORE he even put on the nails. Then he want to criticize me on what I can do with my nails. What's the problem? I'm paying for it, so it shouldn't be a problem. Now, he didn't even size up to make sure the nails are the same.. length isn't what I wanted when I told him before doing my nails.. he just started clipping and now my nails are shorter than how I usually get them. I came here a few days ago for a full set and pedicure. My full set was thick and there was polish on my skin. My pedi looked fine, but they started to chip a day after. I didn't expect them to start chipping since I got gel. I went back to get them re-painted but was told I would have to pay the full price. There's almost always a wait, however they are very affordable and do great looking full sets/fill ins. But I would never return mainly because of how busy it is and the fact that their pedicure station is extremely unsanitary! They don't use plastic lining, just rinse the tub and seat the next person. And their tools don't seem like they're being properly sanitized either. I watched the lady who did my pedicure use the dirty pedicure water to rinse the tools.
