The space is very clean, and Brittany is welcoming and nice. I got the Brazilian, an underarm, and lip waxes. One of the less painful Brazilians I've had in a long time. She removed most of the hair with a hard wax and then did clean up with sugar. Love that so much! It leaves my whoohaa just feeling like she cared. Lol! The underarm and lip were pretty painless too. No strips used on either. What I loved most was that she didnt try to sell me a bunch of products. I have issues with ingrown hairs that I told her might be from the wax the previous lady used. Reviews looked good so I scheduled. I don't know how it is for all the waxers but Jody was a MACHINE. She was so fast I think I was in and out in less 10 minutes. Jody was kind and helpful and talked through everything. I thought it was interesting this salon provides a hot towel at the end for you to wipe yourself down with. It was a nice extra touch. So, Between the wax being too hot and her going over the area more than she should've, I was left with burned irritated skin. I called to speak with the manager Polly and she had the receptionist call me back. They said to use aloe, but it was past that point because several days had passed. (I went on vacation after getting the service) I needed to know how I can treat the discoloration!!! No further assistance, refund or anything was offered. This spa offers services for henna, eye brow threading, Brazilian waxing, sugaring (less painful so I hear) and other services. Customer service is great. I walked in and signed in. Sabina groomed my eyebrows. I explained the look I was going for and she did exactly what I described. This is a big plus because eyebrows shape your face. She cleaned my face and then handed me a mirror. There was no wait for service which probably because I got there at a non peak time not before opening or closing. She also showed me prices for other services which were reasonable. They are located next to a wing place on the left the shop and dunking doughnuts on the right. I really enjoyed the service I received and it's a plus that there stores nearby as well.

I've been getting waxed for two years now and I have NEVER EVER broken out from getting a wax up until now. My entire vagina was red and inflamed, and I am now starting to see the scars from it, that's just how bad it was. I don't know if they've done cross contamination or if I caught anything so I immediately went to my doctor and now I'm just waiting on results, prayerfully I didn't get exposed to anything, but I would never go here again and I do not recommend them AT ALL.
