We waited at least a week and they brought a carpet out and installed it but it was defective. Then he ordered another carpet, there went another week, once brought out to my house it too was defective. So we had to wait another almost week in order for them to get yet another carpet. After 3 weeks fighting with this company they only want to offer me 325.00 credit. I'd already paid 1/2 the amount of 1800+ dollars. We had to wait 3 weeks to place our home on the market due to their incompetence and possibly miss several offers or even a sale. I wouldn't do business with this company ever. Their product is low grade. Their 325.00 credit is an insult.

Normally, I do not write reviews, they are far and few between -…read more Now... I will say this... Approximately a year ago I had used A Plus - I was in the hospital for emergency life saving surgery - and due to my health - I was not allowed to leave the hospital and had to leave my dogs alone for almost 24hrs - please understand - my leaving my dogs was NOT due to neglect - I was a day - 2 days at the most from dying - my situation was CRITICAL and the Drs stated if I left the hospital there was a very STRONG possibility that I could die driving home to get my dogs - my fear of dying was overwhelming to say the least and the thought of possibly dying driving home to get my dogs and possibly injuring/killing anyone in a car accident was not something I could risk... Unfortunately, one of my friends was not able to get to my dogs until the following day and she was aware of how dire my situation was - Needless to say, I knew that my carpeting was going to be hit with the dogs 'accidents'... About a week after my surgery I started to call around for a carpet cleaning company that would be willing to do the work without gauging me in the pocketbook... I found Alex at APlus - He was extremely kind and compassionate to my situation - He was willing to work with me in every aspect - I had never forgotten... And when I FINALLY came home - my carpets looked incredible and there was ABSOLUTELY NO 'ODOR' lingering... It was a HUGE relief to me! I reached out to Alex again, literally today, regarding a cleaning... He remembered me from the initial job and from previous conversations... How many companies will 'remember' you? Now I will not go into what we've discussed and agreed to... But, I will say this... For a company in today's era that is willing to GO ABOVE and BEYOND and TRULY helps a person and put's the customers needs before their own profits - Speaks VOLUMES... I'm old school and you are only as good as your word, a handshake means something... I can only go by the work he had done for me previously and I was very happy with results... But, the absolute generosity in helping a person in my situation, (I'm sorry I do not wish to elaborate), gives me renewed faith that there are still Companies like APlus who truly care about their Clientele... I may not be able to use his services as much as I would llike, but, he has a customer for life... Unless of course I win the lottery - Sorry Alex - if that happens I'm moving to Bora Bora! If you are looking for not only good work but a company who listens and actually cares... Give Alex a call... Tell him I sent you!

He also cleaned a sofa and dining chair cushions for me which look brand new afterwards. I went from thinking about replacing the carpets in the just-acquired home, to being able to spend those dollars on other projects, thanks to the outstanding workmanship of the cleaning job! I could not be happier with the completed job, and will definitely use this company again as well as recommend it to others I know.

Very Disappointed -- Poor Workmanship and No Follow-Through…read more I normally do not write negative reviews, but our experience with this comapny was disappointing enough that I feel compelled to warn others. We hired the company to perform water damage remediation and subsequently rebuild the affected areas, including installation of LVP flooring. Unfortunately, within approximately nine months of installation, the flooring began to warp, buckle, chip, and come up from the floor. This was not a minor cosmetic issue--it was a significant failure of the flooring installation. As soon as we noticed the problems, we contacted Moses, the project manager, who initially told us they would address and repair the flooring. Unfortunately, after that conversation, he stopped responding and effectively ghosted us. We continued trying to get the issue resolved and eventually contacted Rob, one of the co-owners, but we experienced the same lack of follow-through. We contacted the company within the first year, while the flooring problems were actively developing. However, we were repeatedly told that they were out of town and that they would get back to us. The delays continued, and by the time we were finally able to have the matter addressed, we were told that the flooring was out of warranty. That was extremely frustrating because we had made the company aware of the problem well before the one-year mark. In our experience, the company did not take responsibility for workmanship that had clearly failed within a relatively short period of time, nor did they make a meaningful effort to resolve the problem when we brought it to their attention. The quality of the flooring installation was unacceptable, and what made the experience even worse was the lack of communication and follow-through afterward. If you hire a contractor, you should be able to expect them to stand behind their work when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not our experience with Restoration 1 of North Atlanta. I strongly recommend that anyone considering this company do their research, ask detailed questions about workmanship warranties, and get everything in writing before moving forward. Based on our experience with the flooring installation and the way our concerns were handled afterward, we would not use this company again and cannot recommend them.

I don't know if I found Roberts Floorcare, or if these folks found me. Either way, I'm very glad I made the call to them. I called early on a Monday morning and asked for earliest available....he said he could come right away HashtagWhenProcrastinationGoesRight!! Russell gave me a high level overview of his process of cleaning, deodorizing, and treating the carpet. Just with this, this overview, I began to feel pretty darn hopeful that he would do a great job. Russell arrived on time; actually I ran behind and had to call to ask Russell for more time to move the furniture. He gladly said that wouldn't be a problem; then offered to come on over and move the furniture away from the soiled areas! His process began with retreating the carpet and the heavily soiled areas. Dirt and heavy traffic spots weren't so much my trouble areas, but instead I have pet stains. He then treated those areas with gentle, natural and chemical products to break down the urine stains. Next, he thoroughly cleaned the carpet. He went over the area 2x and gave extra attention to the heavy areas. After the intense cleaning, he treated and deodorized. The carpet was dry by the end of the day. There was no in and out steam job here, All in all the job took about 2 hours; Russell didn't leave until he was certain the carpet looked as best it could. He took care in his work and it showed. 2 days later he gave me a follow up call and I was happy to say no stains resurfaced and the carpet smelled fresh and clean. A month later and carpet still looks great.
