I was able to easily schedule my massage through this app and quickly got a confirmation email. I arrived at the location and filled out some paperwork. Liz was my masseuse. The whole check in process was smooth and I appreciated her taking the time to talk to me about what body parts I would like to focus on and an overall game plan. She was easy to talk to, professional, and friendly. My massage itself was perfect! She gave me good feedback to help with my troublesome knots that I had never considered. The massage room was clean and organized. However, you can hear some miscellaneous noise from the rest of the office. So, for those with noise sensitivity and are wanting to fully relax, be mindful of this. My husband never got a call from them about paperwork needing to be filled out. I call the office and ask if they can send the paperwork and the guy on the phone says he will send it, or we can show up 15 minutes early and we're good. My husband does the intake form that was emailed and even gets confirmation, and shows up 20 minutes early for appointment, just to be met by some weirdo bald guy speaking aggressively at the front desk and telling him he lost his appointment due to "no paperwork". He has the most calming voice and is very, very good at his craft. He really pays attention to what you request and ensures everything is to your liking. I would recommend him to everyone!!! Good results with the hyperbaric session. Lots of information from very experienced staff. I felt very comfortable during the session. Yesterday I had a deep tissue massage with Brian. Beyond amazing!! Brian was very in tune with what I needed to relieve the muscle knots and tightness in my back. I appreciated the ability to set the pace for conversation or no conversation. He is very grounded and stays in the moment so he picked up on the subtle responses of my muscles. I cannot believe that with all of the choices in the area I found the right masseuse the first time! I have had excellent results at New Leaf Hyperbarics for fibromyalgia. My chronically tight and painful areas were loosed up from the HBOT, so I started seeing Christina, the massage therapist there. She chose trigger point and myofascial release and in the first treatment with her, a painful area of my upper back which had been injured 25 years ago, started moving again!! I've seen her a handful of times now and in conjunction with Muscle Balance and Function Development realignment exercises, I have almost finished restructuring my body into full alignment! I love how they took the time to carefully explain the process of hyperbaric treatment.. it totally took away any fears I had since sometimes I can get claustrophobic in small places. I felt that the massage therapist wasn't very personable, but treated me more like a job. An hour went by and she completely neglected my arms, which I specified I wanted. I gifted a groupon to a friend hoping he'd have better service, but was cheated out of his hour session because he was asked to fill out paperwork. He was never told to get here with extra time. So instead of factoring in ample time for clients to fill this paperwork out and getting situated on the table, they just cut into his time. Will NOT be going back. read more

He didn't force any conversation with me, which is good because I do not like to talk during a massage. I went to this place when it had just opened back in June of 2015. I was pleased with how friendly the staff were upon arrival. My masseurs did an awesome job , and they had some really good deals for first time customers. The second time I came back I did the hyperbaric chamber for 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend doing this, particularly before getting the massage. I came out feeling completely rejuvenated , refreshed, and euphoric. It was a nice experience just being in the chamber , you lay on a tempapedic mattress and allow the air to flow and can close your eyes or in my case - I also threw on a nice music playlist on my phone as I relaxed. Wow! What an amazing experience! I came into the clinic with a high level of anxiety, an inability to focus on my work, and a headache. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and immediately at ease. The clinic is clean, warm and inviting. The staff is wonderful. They are friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. The chamber itself was very comfortable and cozy. I got out of the chamber an hour later and felt great - my anxiety was down completely, I felt very relaxed.
