By far THE best dentist (Dr. Williams) and dental office I've ever been too. I consider myself fortunate to have come across them after several attempts to find a fair-priced and honest dentist with integrity. I felt as if the previous dentist i saw was giving me a "hard sell" to get extensive dental work done (mostly cosmetic) as opposed to addressing the issues like cavities that might lead to root canals, etc. The price the previous dental office quoted me was nearly $4,000 out of pocket, and that was with my having $3,000 in dental insurance. Once I saw the quote, something didn't "feel" right. I found New Leaf Dental online, scheduled an appointment and asked for a second opinion. To say the very least, Dr. Williams was extremely surprised by the recommendations the previous dentist had proposed regarding dental procedures. After looking at the list of quoted prices I had given him, he found some proposed procedures that he had reservations about. For example, the previous dentist quoted me for 3 fillings on 2 teeth that didn't need fillings because they already had filings in them (not kidding). He also quoted me 2 prices for work on 1 tooth. Charging me for work on two sides and them charging me again for the other two sides. Dr. Williams said that quote should have been for 1 tooth addressing all four sides. One last thing, the previous dentist wanted to charge me $1,995 for a crown whereas Dr. Williams informed me that the same crown would only cost me $795 from him. I can't express how caring, empathetic, ethical, and invested Dr. Williams is with his patients. He is not only concerned about you dental health, but is equally concerned about what kind of financial impact dental work can have on your financial well-being. He and his staff offer EXCELLENT dental care with fair pricing. I can't praise New Leaf Dental enough. I'm truly grateful to Dr. Williams and his staff. Just go see him already! read more

I went to another dentist days before I found New Leaf, and their poor care and bad advise resulted in my crown falling out, as I suspected it would. When I called them back they refused to see me same day to fix their mistake (all someone had to do was spend 30 minutes seeing me in their after hours). New Leaf came to my rescue. Out of all the offices I called, all of them gave me the same option of seeing them days or weeks later with my crown in my hand. New leaf saw saw me immediately and did a great job reattaching my crown in a hurry. In less than an hour my crown was back on and I wasn't in any pain (that included drive time and filling out new patient information). On top of that, they charged me less than half of what the other dentists expected me to pay. Whatever happened to Doctors taking care of human beings who needed help? Well, it's still out there, it's just sadly not common anymore. Too many Dentists are just in it for the money, and act like mouth mechanics. Where you go in for an exam only to be sold a lie that you must get x, y, and z taken care of right away or your mouth will fall apart etc. Thank you New Leaf for not acting like so many of your greedy competitors. I hadn't been to a dentist in 15 years, and expected a lecture and a lot of push back about what I wanted to have done. Dr. Williams was non-judgmental, gave me options (including tooth extraction), letting me know right up front the cost of all options. There was no pressure to do root canals or crowns, only the options to do so. Both extractions were done with care, I felt no pain, and subsequent fillings and crowns on the teeth I want to do them on, will be done on my schedule with no pressure to get things done quicker than I want to work them into my budget. I have no dental insurance, and the fact that they are so open and clear on their pricing is certainly not the norm in the dental business. What's even more amazing is that their prices are SO MUCH LOWER than other dental offices. Never thought I'd write a review but these people deserve it . Dr. Williams and his staff do a tremendous job . About 5 months ago I had a bad tooth ache that turned out to be nerve damage to a tooth with a crown . I was given 2 options , one was drilling 3 holes thru the crown fixing the problem and cost to be $800 . Chances were the crown would break and a new crown would be needed and cost would be double . They were able to save the crown and cured my problems . On 3/3/20 I chipped a front tooth . Dr. Williams repaired the chip and spent 20 minutes cleaning up some issues that were causing my teeth to chip ( old age ) . He went the extra step to put my teeth in the best shape they've been in for a long time . They not only offer the best cost for dental work but go above and beyond expectations ! Kim B read more

Had my 2nd crown of the year completed today. Love the upgrades to the office. Staff are very friendly. Dentist is AWESOME! He actually cares about you and follows up your appointment with a phone call to see how you're doing. I've been going here for 3 years now and have never had a problem with their work. Can't say the same for other dentists that I've seen the past 20 years in Meridian. New Leaf has actually had to repair some of other dentists work to perfection. Highly recommend. Five stars is a miracle from me. I needed a tooth pulled and was broke. New Leaf was the lowest cost so I went to them. I was quite surprised and impressed with their office, the staff and my care. They had all the up to date equipment that I'm aware exists. No salt water fish tanks or big screen tvs. When I went they did not accept insurance or credit cards which end up costing them money which they would pass on to me. I'll be going back. read more
