Months later, I became very sick and couldn't shake the feeling that something in the home was contributing to it. Out of desperation, we called Bud and he showed up the same day. He immediately confirmed an additional leak we didn't even know about, and found 100% moisture in the walls of my bedroom. The relief I felt finally getting answers was indescribable. That confirmation meant everything. When we had to leave that rental in an emergency and move into a new place, Bud came out again that very day to check the new home. He alleviated my fears and verified that the house was clean. Mold illness is real absolutely real and it can completely change your life. I needed to write this review because I'm beyond grateful for Bud's integrity, responsiveness, and the way he dropped everything to help when I truly needed it. I'm also incredibly thankful he validated what I already suspected, when people around me thought I was being dramatic or neurotic. I wasn't I was educated, researching, and listening to my body.
