What meant the most to us was that they didn't just care about my car they cared about us. They made sure my family and our dog were safe for the tow. He went above and beyond to help during a stressful situation. That level of compassion and professionalism is something you don't see very often. The owner "Jeff" aka "snake oil salesman" of the area, comes across as a friendly joking good guy when he's selling you something but he's one of the worst at accepting responsibility for their shop errors and makes no attempt to rectify shop failures. Unfortunately he lets his ego run the business in times of failure when good old fashion customer service is what's needed. You can feel that the Employees are not happy with the owners attitude and and work environment, and often times they don't show up to work for days, and many have recently walked out on this loser. Do yourself a favor and bring your diesel problems anywhere else but this shop, it will save you a lot of headaches and financial issues in the future to avoid this place like the plague!! They will respond to this review with some BS puff piece (we don't know if we worked on your vehicle etc) but trust me I have receipts, this guy is a scumbag, and I'm surprised he's been able to rip people off this long in this beautiful small town community. Our summer camping trip to Big Lake got off to a bad start when the radiator blew on the top of the…read morerim. Thankfully, we had AAA and while we were trying to tell AAA where we were, Fraley's tow truck came up over the hill returning from a tow to Payson. The driver pulled over when he saw us stranded on the top of the hill, vehicle packed to the rim with two teenagers and a 90 lb dog. Dan had the tow truck loaded in no time and even went so far as to try to locate the radiator while we were en route to Show Low. Unfortunately, our vehicle had 3 possible radiators so they couldn't order the part until we got to Show Low. As soon as we arrived, they determined which radiator was needed before they even pulled the Tahoe off the tow truck. They got to work on it right away, pulling the radiator so that when the new one arrived all they had to do was install it. Jennifer in the office was great, making sure we all had water (including the dog) before we did anything else. Once the repair was done, Jennifer explained they are an authorized Napa parts repair shop, so if there were any issues with the new radiator the work is warranted at any Napa repair shop nationwide. Our trip was delayed, but they got us up and on the road again very quickly. We are very thankful for the way Fraley's took care of us in one day. We were on our way out of Show Low and even made it to get camp set up just before Sunset.
