"oh no we have been trying to reach you to confirm your appointment it just goes to voicemail" Then she said " actually I spoke with you and you said to just release the appointment you didn't want to be seen" This never happened..why would I cancel an appointment I waited for 1 year for?? At one point a couple weeks before they did call and speak with me that they may have an opening a couple weeks sooner potentially and she would let me know if that opened. The front desk woman was going back and forth with me saying "oh yes you said this and the doctor was even by me when you canceled" " we have the call recorded and the doctor said he can send you the recording" please do send that conversation ..but honestly I'm not interested in arguing..and gladly will not be seen..but don't try to tell me I'm crazy like I would first of all cancel an appointment I waited 1 year for..and or not remember doing it! Very unprofessional and unapologetic...I would have been accepting of them saying there is a misunderstanding and we will have to figure out another date or something...but instead I was met with them being rude and blaming me! Haha crazy

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever received from a dentist office…read more I will first start that, I was excited to go. I purchased zoom teeth whitening from Groupon, I read reviews, and I even went in for a consultant. The doctor was pleasant and focused on care and comfort for his patients. It's his staff that is unprofessional and needs training to meet the needs of their staff. I had a follow up appointment 3 weeks after, and unfortunately because of their incompetence they canceled my appointment without reaching out to the correct number. I make it to my appointment on time, and the receptionist shared she called me and couldn't leave a voicemail, and sent text messages. I shared that's strange because I haven't received any since the last time I was there in mid December. I asked if she can call the number on file, she calls the wrong number (there were two numbers strangely on file- only 1 number different from both phone numbers on file). Which I'd think due diligence would be calling both numbers if one number doesn't even allow you to leave a message. She proceeds to argue with me, and share that's it's not their fault and that unfortunately I do not have an appointment anymore when I waited 3 weeks prior to vacation for this appointment. I will take accountability, maybe I shouldn't have purchased the zoom whitening on Groupon and stayed loyal to my primary dentist. So disappointing and never again. I do like the doctor but based on their staff, I highly do not recommend!!

We've been seeing the drs here for over two years and couldn't be any happier. When it comes to pediatrics dentists, it's never an easy chore. I have 3 Kids all 17 months apart and each could t be any more different than the other. The great thing is that they know inherently how to work with each of them; particularly with my son that has sensory issues and auditory processing disorder. I can't begin to tell you how challenging it's been to find a doctor for him in Orlando. The practice is very nice, extremely clean and has a very amazing staff. The office works hard so that we know of any costs not covered by insurance and the prices are very fair. Most importantly...let's talk about scheduling and waits. Surprise! They schedule appropriately and we have NEVER waited. Plus they even have enough chairs that all 3 of my kids can get cleaned and examined all at once!!! I love this place :-)
