    The office attempted to charge $50 cancellation fee for not making it to an appointment we didn't confirm although I am here late and they booked 2 procedures (cleaning and filling). Apparently they're refusing to do both procedures even though it's literally empty! (See pics) The billing was disputed because they supposedly have set prices for all HMO Guardian dental and my in-network copayment is $0 for my consultation yet they charged $15. They're charging another $15 today even though I have my fee schedule and the front desk person said they'll see me but I am not allowed to make future appointments. I'm definitely going to write to corporate but people need to know how racist they are. They haven't submitted anything to Guardian and the billing person said it's because that's not what they do. I was previously licensed for life and health insurance in NY and it is absolute garbage that they aren't submitting claims to my insurance.

    SO far just ok. I was able to get an appointment within 2 days as there was a cancellation otherwise it was a 2-3 week wait. And that is just for the first appointment. I was able to fill out all the forms online which was a plus. What is bothering me about this appointment is that I had an 8am appointment. I arrived early to the appointment about 7:45. At 7:50 the whole office staff went behind closed doors to have an office meeting that went until almost 8:15. My appointment was supposed to start at 8:00. There were 3 other patients there with only one other checked in. I understand meetings happen, but these seemed to be something I got the vibe they did every morning. If so, then don't schedule 8am appointments. I happened to be off today but if I wasn't I would not have been very happy. There was someone who came in who had waited 4 weeks for an appointment she made online only to be told she shouldn't have been able to make the appointment online and she would have to wait another 3 weeks for a new appointment. I do feel when given my treatment plan they were trying to sell me things and upcharge me. I still do not believe they have taken all of my insurance into consideration. I will see what happens after my next visit.

    People very kinda and respect they take care of you and your teeth and they are so fun to talk to. I love this place and office is clean.

I don't know if there was a staff change after the previous reviews but I had a great experience. Needed a deep clean and a crown and it all went off without a hitch. Every single person who worked with me was very kind and friendly. They did not try to upsell me and the price out of pocket with my insurance was fair.     I scheduled my appointment online for a first visit and cleaning. Went in and everyone was nice but…read moreat no point did anyone tell me my X-rays that they automatically took were not covered by my insurance. They blindsided me with almost $300 the day before my then scheduled cleaning. First visit took 2 hours as they took "quicker" consults to review treatment plans before me. I just wanted a routine cleaning and instead turned into a rabbit hole. I went back and forth with Leeann calling me and having to keep putting me on hold to ask the manager over and over. I'm not sure why the manager just couldn't speak with me and put poor Leeann though the mediator. Leanne was very sweet and apologetic which was appreciated. They kept negotiating the amount I would have to pay to then keep my cleaning appointment and then finally said they would "forgive" or right off the remaining I was not prepared to pay. In office I tried to schedule for my husband a new client consult and just for a cleaning since the whole issue with my X-rays I didn't want to be deceitful and have to go through this again. I was told after the intake person had to go ask the manager again that it is not something they do. That they have to do x-rays. They just seem like all they want is money.

    I took my brother in for a tooth extraction and filling appointment scheduled for 12:30 PM. I…read moreunderstand there is a 15-minute grace period, and we arrived inside the office by 12:36 PM. Parking at this location is extremely difficult, but we still made every effort to arrive on time. After checking in and making a payment, we waited until almost 1:45 PM with absolutely no communication or updates. Meanwhile, multiple patients who arrived after us were being called back and serviced before us. Then, after waiting over an hour, we were called to the front desk and told we needed to make an additional $40 payment because the insurance information had apparently been entered incorrectly during a previous visit -- by the office staff. While I had no issue paying the balance, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. Why was there no phone call before the appointment to notify us of the issue? To make matters worse, the administrator at the front desk responded with attitude when I politely explained that the insurance information had been manually entered by their staff previously. My concerns were completely ignored. The doctors and dentists may be great, but unfortunately the front office administration is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My family and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and disrespectful experience we received.
