I can't thank them enough for making it a positive experience for him. All the staff here are always incredibly friendly and polite and wonderful with my kids. We've been seeing the drs here for over two years and couldn't be any happier. When it comes to pediatrics dentists, it's never an easy chore. I have 3 Kids all 17 months apart and each could t be any more different than the other. The great thing is that they know inherently how to work with each of them; particularly with my son that has sensory issues and auditory processing disorder. I can't begin to tell you how challenging it's been to find a doctor for him in Orlando. The practice is very nice, extremely clean and has a very amazing staff. The office works hard so that we know of any costs not covered by insurance and the prices are very fair. Most importantly...let's talk about scheduling and waits. Surprise! They schedule appropriately and we have NEVER waited. Plus they even have enough chairs that all 3 of my kids can get cleaned and examined all at once!!! I love this place :-)

Parking at this location is extremely difficult, but we still made every effort to arrive on time. After checking in and making a payment, we waited until almost 1:45 PM with absolutely no communication or updates. Meanwhile, multiple patients who arrived after us were being called back and serviced before us. Then, after waiting over an hour, we were called to the front desk and told we needed to make an additional $40 payment because the insurance information had apparently been entered incorrectly during a previous visit -- by the office staff. While I had no issue paying the balance, what was frustrating was the lack of communication. Why was there no phone call before the appointment to notify us of the issue? To make matters worse, the administrator at the front desk responded with attitude when I politely explained that the insurance information had been manually entered by their staff previously. My concerns were completely ignored. The doctors and dentists may be great, but unfortunately the front office administration is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. My family and I will not be returning due to the poor customer service and disrespectful experience we received.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of care I received during a recent emergency visit for…read morelocalized, extreme tooth sensitivity. Despite being in significant pain -specifically sensitivity to tapping, heat, cold, food, everything - this office performed a completely inadequate exam. While the office staff is lovely, the level of care was awful. They took standard 2D X-rays, which showed "nothing," and then failed to perform a basic bite-pressure test to check for cracks. Most concerningly, their advanced imaging (CBCT) was down, and they do not utilize surgical microscopes for clinical exams. If you have a complex issue or a potential "invisible" fracture, a standard X-ray is not enough. To be scheduled for an emergency diagnostic appointment when the necessary equipment is non-functional is a waste of the patient's time. I have since learned that without a CBCT (3D scan) or a microscope, they are essentially guessing. I will be taking my care to a specialist who has the technology required to actually diagnose the source of my pain and the ethics not to schedule an appointment when they don't. If you are looking for a practice that uses modern diagnostic standards for dental pain, I suggest looking elsewhere.

At one point, my temporary crown came off. I went to the office the following day without an appointment (like I was instructed to do) and was seen within a few minutes. I have not completed the treatment plan as yet, but will finish and then continue to go to Aspen Dental for any maintenance or problems. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental St. Cloud office.
