He then proceeded to tell me that I must have sat in the parking lot and put the order in. He wouldn't let me explain anything so I interrupted him and said that I put it in 15 minutes before getting there and I'd been waiting on site 20 minutes. After berating me for another few minutes, he finally looked at my order on my phone and said he'd go get it made right now. When he came out 15 minutes later, he handed me my order and I specifically asked him if the sides were there and how many. He said the reason they couldn't find my order is that it was under the name of just Jeff. The last time I checked, Jeff was in the name I gave them twice. He was very smug while sipping on a drink and wished me a blessed day. I was stupid not to check the order. At home, I found out that instead of 16 piece tenders, I had 16 piece chicken. I ordered 2 dirty rice and 2 red beans and only had 2 rice and 1 red beans. I am appalled at how I was treated by this person. At the end of the day, he even got the order wrong.
