It was somewhat a challenging job since the original design simply capped off the edge of the cover with a facia board that blocked the run-off so my cover had about 10 years of debris. Jose removed the offending facia board and creatively determined how of mount a full-sized gutter with large downspouts. The new design will allow the rainwater to funnel off the cover and carry any leaves and dirt down the gutter and downspouts. About a year later, I contacted them again to install one more downspout where I was having overflow issues with heavier rainfall. They responded about a week later and made me feel like I was incredibly stupid to ask for it. Pointed out leaf litter in an existing downspout and chided me for not cleaning the gutters (I had just done so about a week and a half prior). Told me they probably didn't have the same color. Turns out they did, even though it was about an inch larger than the existing downspouts. It's comparatively massive. Poor customer service. All I wanted was one more downspout installed. Happily paid for it even though the treatment I received was not warranted.
