On my most recent visit, the experience completely changed. The staff seemed more interested in rushing people out before closing than actually delivering the service we're paying for, and the attitude toward customers made that very clear. I was even told I couldn't use the vacuums after my wash, despite being a current monthly subscriber. I canceled my membership on the spot and won't be returning. If you're going to sell subscriptions and promote "unlimited" service, you can't pull the plug on basic benefits just because it's inconvenient for staff at the end of the day especially when those customers are the ones who've supported you since day one.

This little car wash is pretty darn convenient and well-run. The other day I came with my brother,…read moreeach in our own cars, and both got a car wash. It was a Sunday afternoon at about 5pm and there was barely a line. After the basic exterior wash, which was about $15 or so, we used the free vacuums in the vacuum parking area. They had several attachments, which made it really easy to get all the nooks and crannies. This spot is quick, reasonably priced and conveniently located only a block off Atlantic ave. My brother event remarked to me "Wow I've never seen my car look so clean before!" All in all, not a bad option at all in Baldwin for a car wash!

I arrived on Sunday around 2pm and there were 3 cars ahead of me plus 1 being washed. It is a 1 at a time service. I waited about 25 mins to be washed. I sat in my car but I think they prefer you don't. I misunderstood because I was watching a movie on my phone and I was distracted. They drive your car away from the wash station to the wipe down area. It was a lovely day and I did not mind hanging out waiting. I think the whole thing took about an hour. I got the 45$ wash. My windows were streaky I noticed the next day on the inside but I know that's a tough area to get clean because I have a tuff time with it too. Overall they were super nice and it's close to home.

AWFUL The guy that…read moreintakes the car has a horrible attitude. No personality what so ever, acts like he doesn't understand conversational English. Plus it's the only car wash I know that you have to tip when you drop it off and again when they dry it. At drop off, they "supposedly" scrub the rims, they call it "Wheel Bright" in the services description. Literally, a couple of slaps with a wet broom and it's done. I paid $10 extra for the grand prix service, which adds a thorough interior cleaning that is supposed to include a protective shine application. There was one guy who worked on the car interior, and he was in there for less than a few minutes. On the way, and after I got home, I realized what horrible job they did on the interior and on my rims.
