I was never pushed past a reasonable point, and I was even allowed to re-arrange certain exercises in the routine if I needed to. Kelsey + Micah were my treatment team, and they did a fantastic job! Micah in particular listened well and gave a thoughtful answer to every question I threw at her. Everyone is really encouraging! The front desk staff and all the techs are also really nice. The techs scurry around making sure everyone is on track with their routine; they also constantly keep the place wiped down and clean. I really liked the environment at this location, too. The music is motivating instead of annoying, and not too loud. All the patients came from diverse age ranges, backgrounds, and abilities -- so I felt like everyone was made to feel welcome. Note: Give yourself a few extra minutes to find the place. The entrance is off of West. (That is not where Google Maps had taken me...)

TLDR: don't even think twice, just come here and you'll walk out a new person!! Alexa, what is…read morepain? I was referred here after not one but TWO car accidents that completely left not only my car but also my body destroyed. I've been receiving treatments for 4 months now starting in March (basically beginning of the pandemic) and started on an acute treatment plan where I came in twice a week for a bit and then it became once a week. All I can say is that Sam is a miracle worker!! I went from being sore and constantly feeling discomfort in my hips, back, shoulders, with pain in my left arm and right leg, (I wasn't kidding when I said body was destroyed) to being able to sleep soundly through the night without waking up multiple times from pain or being uncomfortable. I LOVE coming to my appointments, they're the favorite part of my week because I know I'll be able to walk out feeling great. Sam really knows what he's doing; I was introduced to the dry needling technique -- LIFE SAVING! -- and adjusted in the same visits. He asks how you are feeling at the beginning of every appointment and addresses all of your concerns, answers every question you have, and makes you feel like you're a part of the Next Level family! Kelsey and Amy at the front desk are also super friendly and helpful, the exercises I learned for some physical therapy at home for "homework" have definitely aided in my recovery. They also work with you in scheduling and are as flexible as they can given their busy days! I'm now able to work out almost daily and am so glad that I was able to get treatment here! I highly recommend it to ANYONE who is in ANY kind of discomfort.

The team is dedicated to getting you feeling better. It's the best of all worlds - for me, I need a quick fix and to know how to strengthen myself before the next appointment. The scheduler is completely disorganized…read more First off, their hours are incorrectly listed here. She said they're only open three days a week, and close at 2:30 pm. I called on 4/1 and was told I could come on 4/3, or the week of 4/15. I chose 4/3. I spelled my name for her twice since she took it down incorrectly the first time. She called back afterwards saying she hadn't taken my name down. I reminded her I had even corrected her, and she remembered and apologized. Then I got an e-mail confirming 4/5. I called back and she said that was a mistake and I'm scheduled for 4/3. I couldn't find the place on 4/3, and called. She said I'm scheduled on 4/10, which wasn't even available when I first called. I actually never got a confirmation for either day. In each interaction I asked about paperwork she said she would send me. Of course I still haven't gotten it.

You have your Therapist's full attention, for a full hour, and more importantly, they actually care! I've made great progress, but am far from finished, and my therapist has given me ideas as well as various bands to use on an upcoming rather lengthy road trip. They reassess periodically so that you can see the progress you've made, as well as sending that information to your physician. Friendly, extremely professional. In my opinion, the best in Austin.

They took the time to address the gaps that are so often overlooked--offering personalized support, education, and reassurance every step of the way. Whether you're dealing with pelvic floor symptoms or simply want guidance on safe, effective body mechanics as you return to your favorite workouts, Lady Bird is an amazing resource. I'm so grateful for the care I received and can't recommend them enough.

I could hardly hear her because there were so many loud kids in the background yelling. I told her that I didn't want to create a username and password and asked if it were possible to not give her my email address. She said no. All of their exercises and billing are done online. She said they cannot store my medical files online. I said that's only if I don't sign HIPAA. She said, "Well then, if you don't sign HIPAA, then you're not good fit with us." I don't have a problem signing HIPAA. I never said I don't want to sign HIPAA. I just know from my chiropractor's office that they store medical files in file cabinets because none of their patients have signed HIPAA. Lady Bird can store all of my medical files online and add me to the system as long as I sign HIPAA. I just don't want to log in to look at my exercises because I already have a gazillion accounts online. I did not appreciate her attitude. I also know at Mondo Therapy, patients are not required to create a username and password.

I have had a chronic pain condition for more than 5 years, and have finally been able to make a lot of progress on it through coming here. I am still working on it and will update my review, but it's very clear after a lot of work that I finally understand some or all of my immediate underlying issues. And importantly, I am actually getting better, after so many other things I tried were not working. I have been to roughly 15 other providers for my chronic pain, including other PT, and there are really just a lot of differences here that I think have made the difference, in finally figuring out what has been going on all this time. My experience in PT has been that I'm able to coordinate between a Dr and what we are doing in PT, which is useful for a lot of reasons, but in my case has really helped with finally narrowing down, what the problem has been, and why it was not fixed or at least improved in the past. I do think if you have chronic pain that is not getting worked out, you will need to be your own advocate as people say. In hindsight, years ago I kept accepting the idea that my pain was normal or not much to do about, and I realize now it's been the same issues the whole time, but somehow was never being identified or treated properly.
