I was looking to get a boxing championship belt custom-made to be a fantasy football trophy. I feared that it might be expensive but Victoria at New Dimension told me over the phone and via email it could be done for just $15. Wow! I even sent her a link to the exact belt I'd be purchasing to have re-done, she said I was good to go. I went ahead and bought the belt and brought it in to the store...only to be told by the owner it would actually cost $83. And it would be a shitty office nameplate that I would have to cut out ("with a razor..or something") and attach to the belt myself. Now I'm out $25 and wasted hours of my time. Maybe this putz can handle a "secretary of the year" plaque just fine, I don't know. But his business practices are disgusting. Get your trophies etc. made elsewhere. read more
