I had to help my friend print out a resume but for some reason it was not formatting correctly when we uploaded it to their computers. The tech there, Emily, was SO helpful and pleasant though that she helped us for nearly an hour until we got it formatted just right. She deserves a raise or some kind of promotion because not only was she extremely helpful, she managed to pretty much correctly rewrite an entire resume while helping the many other customers that piled in the store as well. It's nice to still get that one-on-one customer service from a mom & pop shop that you don't get at a big box store. I normally don't write reviews but I had to take a couple minutes to again thank Emily for her help considering she took up so much time out of her busy day helping us! -Tone

I love the final result, it looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with both the quality of the work and the customer service. Big thanks to Yianni for the extra effort--highly recommended!
