The owner sends in a response to the review almost a couple of minutes later stating this. After I had made my review I presume the owner mass reported the review so google's review ai would take it down. Then, the owner floods the comments with positive reviews almost bot like. The quality of food should not matter where it was ordered from whether it was from a third party app or from a pickup order. The issue wasn't where I could not afford the meal, nor was it mentioned in my review above. Quite rude. The portions did not match the price & I had missing items from the order as shown in the image. If you would like to try out a better desi style restaurant I would recommend Kabobeesh.

HOWEVER I thought they did a stellar job with sauce, which is what brought us back. I went with my second favorite dish, chicken korma. The sauce was great, the chicken a bit dry. Deviating from his usual vindaloo, T lived in the fast lane (ha!) and ordered lamb roganjosh. The sauce was excellent, described in the menu as "yogurt, onions, ginger and garlic in a traditional curry" but there's the unmistakable addition of cinnamon. And it works! Our appetizer, tangy eggplant, was crisp and spicy with a portion large enough to feed four as a starter. What made the evening notable were four delightful octogenarians seated next to us. I was tasked with the awesome responsibility of guiding them through the menu. My recommendations luckily were well received. The restaurant was practically empty Saturday evening. "I guess the waitress is too busy to come over," one of our new friends said sarcastically. Which brings me to the help. Our server, the same person we had last time, is noticeably timid, hesitant to effectively interact with her customers. The neighboring table agreed and continued to wait patiently. I was excited when I saw the work being done on the building and happy to see Nirvana Indian Bistro open their doors a few weeks ago. They removed the booths from the front windows and replaced them with tables, updated the bathrooms, and cut the bar in half to make the front end the hostess station, the back half appears to be storage. I don't eat a lot of Indian food but do love Chicken Tikka Masala. They have 7 levels of spice from mild to very spicy. I went with Indian spicy which is the 5th hottest and didn't break a sweat. I'll go with one of the hotter choices next time. Came with rice and I got the Peshwari Naan. Everything was tasty and the servers were very friendly, I'll definitely be back and see if I can break a sweat next time.

The menus in their place show all QR codes for each item sometimes and it just looks unnecessarily visually cluttered. 99% of people will not be trying to access those QR codes where the screen changes every 45 seconds or so. I tried to get my receipt emailed and some points via their system but my transaction was rushed in this regard and those things got cut off. The quality and flavor of food I'd say is good here.

I ordered the samosas, cheese kulcha, butter chicken, kale saag, and aloo gobhi, all mild so that my toddler could eat the dishes too. The aloo gobhi was a bit too spicy for him still, but he loved the kulcha, saag, and butter chicken. The sauces were creamy without being overwhelming, and the flavors were phenomenal. My toddler is quite picky and Indian food has been hit or miss for him in the past but he loved the food from Lassan. Also, the samosas were so flaky and wonderful, especially with those delicious chutneys. Everything was so fresh and high quality, and packaged well for a clean delivery. They greeted me warmly when I picked up my order and the food was packaged immaculately with plastic wrap. Not a leak in sight! The food itself was very good. Fresh produce, perfectly cooked rice, and high quality meats. Much better than other similar halal joints in the area. The sauces were excellent and well proportioned. The only reason I would dock a half-point would be because I ordered a wrap and received a platter. I'm guessing they were just out of the flatbread. Either that or there's something confusing about the way their grubhub menu is set up. But I'm sure if I ordered in-person or on the phone, I wouldn't have had a problem. Full disclosure, this spot is inside a gas station convenience store, so I wouldn't go here for ambiance. But if you're looking for cheap, fresh, and carefully prepared halal cart-style food, check this place out!n

I tried the Indian restaurant in Aldan and it didn't have much flavor - this place every dish was packed with flavor. We ordered 3 Dishes and two samosas and the food lasted us for three meals for two people.
