Katrice understood exactly what I requested & she also gave me a few lite suggestions that were excellent. She is professional and knowledgeable. She quickly got started on my highlights and worked to incorporate them into my previously colored hair. Thanks Gould's - you have 2 superstars in Kailey & Katrice!
