New Chinatown Restaurant on Highway 52 in Moncks Corner is a great place to go for delicious and well prepared Chinese food. Everything is fresh and flavorful. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have everything that you need.

The food was good. The Hot and Sour Soup was some of the best ever. Service was good and price was low. Definitely recommend.

Service is friendly and there is a wide assortment of food. Prices are very reasonable. Plus, Best hot and sour soup Ive ever had.

Fresh and much better taste and flavor then most Chinese buffets. Fried chicken legs are especially good!

Came in here on a Saturday to dine in. You order at a counter and they'll bring the food out. Girl…read moreworking the counter was pleasant. It's clean inside but pretty small. We ordered two large teas, egg drop soup, two spring rolls, crab Rangoon, orange chicken, and beef with broccoli. The teas were ginormous but only had one tea bag in them. They were also a few dollars each. I brought them home and added two more tea bags of my own to make it have some flavor. Egg drop soup was delicious! Reminded me of the one I would have growing up at my local Chinese restaurant. It was great. The wonton strips that came with it were very stale and a bit of a put off. Crab Rangoon was good, not exactly fried to golden perfection but nothing wrong taste wise. They were on the smaller side. Spring roll was decently. More of a cabbage flavor to it than I am used to. Orange chicken looked good and had peppers in it which I was stoked about, as well as actual orange peel. However, the dish itself did not taste like orange at all. Only if you ate a direct piece of orange peel did it have any hint of orange The beef and broccoli was pretty bland and it did not look fatty, but it felt and tasted fatty in the mouth. The rice with each dish was okay. A little greasy looking for white rice. Overall, I would come back for the egg drop soup but I wouldn't come back to explore the menu. We ordered pretty basic things and found them to be less than average. I would try somewhere else next time.

I live in a close by neighborhood and was a loyal customer I ordered PORK fried rice when I got…read morehome with my order it was SHRIMP fried rice. I called immediately and advised of the mix up I'm am DEATHLY ALLERGIC TO SHELLED FISH. They INSISTED I ordered shrimp fried rice even after I had explained I would never due to the fact it can literally kill me. He stated he read it back to me and I agreed I wish the call was recorded because I NEVER said shrimp and why would I as I again could DIE FROM EATING IT. He offered me half off and didn't take any accountability what so ever kept putting it back on me. This was truly disheartening I literally drive past the Chinese restaurant in my neighborhood to go to them and had a great rapport as I order from them very often so unfortunate that I will never again over something so small that they could have easily rectified as most restaurants do. I didn't want anything free I just wanted what I ordered.
