The food covers a range from Japanese to Chinese to Thai, with some sushi options too. All of our food was fine, and our server was super attentive and personable. Lin was our server, and she answered all our questions, and made sure everything was just as we ordered. I ordered the Champ Chomp Roll, minus the cream cheese and crunch, with light rice. The Lo Mein was inconsistent, with sections where the noodles had clumped together and become hard. Even the miso soup didn't have the flavor or quality I would normally expect. My husband got Singapore noodles with shrimp (his go to all the time) and said it was the best he's ever had. A tad bit spicy, not overseasoned and cooked perfectly. This was one of only a few places that had the dining room open. The service was fine, the cleanliness was fine. When I received my hibachi steak....the steak was off. Not rotten but clearly beyond its sell by date. I let the server know and asked to replace it with Hibachi chicken. Folks.....the chicken was off too. For appetizers the Shrimp Coconut Shrimp was really good and crispy, but the Fried Calamari tasted frozen and reheated from a grocery store. For our main entrees, the Mongolian Beef was absolutely amazing and the sauce was the best, but the Honey Walnut was horrible as they put too much breading on it and it was chewy and the sauce tasted off. If you check in on Yelp, you get a free small sake that's about five shots worth. They also have a Happy Hour on the weekdays from 4-7 with discount drinks and appetizers. They've got some of the best sushi rolls in Summerville that I've tried so far. Pad Thai is phenomenal and I ask for a side of ginger dressing and add it to the Pad Thai. Ok I recently had to go gluten-free, and I've been dying for Chinese food. After multiple reviews and suggestions, I decided to drive very far out of my way to give this restaurant a try. I had a drink at the bar while looking over the menu. They have a very clear gluten-free menu, and then the descriptions of the items are on the regular menu. When ordering, the server was very knowledgeable about what I could and couldn't have. My order was labeled gluten-free and all items had GF on it so I felt very secure coming home to eat it. I will say I eat it about two hours after ordering so it was reheated so some of it got a little dry it out. However, the flavors were great. It wasn't the best fried rice I've ever had but it was gluten-free and I could eat it so I was thrilled. I absolutely love the orange chicken and I have never had Singapore rice before and it was delicious. The kungpow chicken was not as spicy as I've had in the past, but it did have a great flavor, and that was the thing that dried out the most. However they have a perk for yelp members which add a star for me. When I checked in on yelp they gave me a free small sake bottle! which is about five shots worth. We got a lunch lo mein shrimp with udon noodles. There were six shrimp in there and they were the jumbo size, with veggies and the sauce was pretty good. They have a really good deal on sushi. You can get three rolls for $13, which is perfect for two people to share. The service is pretty fast and always friendly, a good staple when we're looking to eat out in Summerville. My four-year-old (Who is the harshest food critic I've ever met) said, "I didn't like everything on the plate, but it was a pretty good dinner." So you know it's worthwhile! read more
