The customer service. The dispatcher was veryyyyy rude over the phone . I asked for a price and all he kept saying was how much do you pay . Very aggressive! read more

The dispatchers abd drivers are rude they over charge the dispatch will tel you 6mins and wont even have are car coming the worst service in brooklyn today 2/25/26 my daughter needed a ride to class dispatch says 5min no car ever showed up read more

The dispatcher puts us on speaker phone and it becomes difficult to hear him, he's always distracted, and at times he's a bit rude. Even some of the drivers have complained about the poor customer service. What makes things worse is that we don't know who to complain to. Also, seems like no one from the company is reading these reviews so the quality will never improve. read more

Taking 80 yr old parents to LaGuardia, I asked car service ahead of time if they take credit card, they said they'd send someone who does, but the driver could not accept CC, did not have the technology to do that, and communication was hard with him because he did not speak English. I can imagine the disaster if I hadn't come along for ride and had cash. This is not right. If he hadn't come early (way early btw) and did everything else right, this would've been 1 star, thank goodness there is Yelp to hold the company accountable. read more

New Brooklyn car service failed to pick me up for my medical doctors appointment and said they didn't even have any drivers because it's a holiday now today Friday when it's no holiday the new excuse is that they don't have any drivers because my appointment is at 2pm. Also I'm very disabled and use a walker due to a spine injury and if they do actually pick me up they're late and at the wrong address and I have to walk to meet them which causes me a lot of pain. Brooklyn Car service is very unprofessional and subpar. I would not even use them and they are free. The cars are filthy and have terrible odors. read more

Horrible Service... Always Late...They Will Have you on hold For 5-10 minutes...The Operator Always Seems Preoccupied..Sometimes The Cabs Don't Come & They Tell u That The Cab Came & Left read more

When you call they give you one price And when you finish the ride the driver might asked you for a higher price Make sure with driver the price before you seat in to car read more

Dispatcher told me a false price and mis-scheduled my pick up, I would choose another car service.

I usually call these folks up when I need a ride to the airport. They're super reliable! Every time I have called, they have arrived immediately. And I mean IMMEDIATELY -- they are so fast, there's no time to even give your name or phone number. Once you tell them where to pick you up and where you wanna go, they hang up the phone and show up 5 minutes later. (Not kidding! One time, they said they'd be there in 5 minutes so once we hung up, I was going to walk to my kitchen for a quick drink before heading outside, but they showed up outside my place when I was halfway down my hall.) It's pretty fun, actually. Every time you arrange for a car, you can pretend you're in the mob. That's what I do, at least. The prices are lower than most in the area, but be warned, if you ask for a quote on the phone, the driver may have a different price once you're in the car. But that's just how it goes when you're livin' la vida mafiosa. read more

New Brooklyn Car Service is terrible. I have been using them for about a year; their service has slowly deteriorated over time, but today was the nail in the coffin. I always ask for a car with a credit card reader, which has never been an issue. I used them early this morning and the dispatcher said it would be 3 minutes, like normal. When I got in the car, the driver starts off with, "Ok, so there's an ATM over there, you need to get cash." Like...am I being robbed? I argued with him for a few minutes about how the dispatcher didn't tell me there were no cars available with a card reader, how I'm not going to pay ATM fees, etc. Eventually I'm going to be late for work, so he drove me to my bank (no fees) and I got cash to pay him. The kicker: I happen to be on crutches at the moment, so opening doors (which the driver didn't help me with) and getting in and out of cars isn't fast or easy. All in all I was 20 minutes late for work including time spent arguing, ATMing, and crutching, plus traffic that got worse as the clock crept toward rush hour. Honestly, if the dispatcher had just explained that he didn't have any cars that took cards and I would have to pay cash, I would have been slightly annoyed, but fine. The fact that I wasn't told and was surprised with a forced trip to the ATM... I'm finding a new car service. read more

My favorite guy is Michael dispatcher he's the best. I love Brooklyn car service cause there so good .The of them have cars that smell good. And some cars smell like shit. Makes me one to throw up. If there car smells that means the drivers don't take showers like they should.. All tho I love this car service. read more

Terrible service. Dispatch told me it would be less than 5 minutes for car to pick me up but ended up taking 35 minutes! The dispatcher also refused to give me the price for my trip from Elmhurst, Queens to Prospect Park, Brooklyn ($30) over the phone. The driver was nice, but needless to say I was very upset. I have tried calling more than seven times to speak with management about the poor service and have talked with anyone above the secretary in the office. I will not be using this car service again. read more

They absolutely fucking suck I called at 1:02 car said 7 minutes called a 1 18 car picked me up how unless I'm fucking invisible. Then micheal the dispatcher Apologizes and sends another car and of course 3 cars in nd still no fucking cab. This is why I don't support my local businesses pure lazy inconsiderate rude assholes will never get my business again. Will always choose lyft. read more

The service sucks I have stopped using them, they don't arrive or they arrive late causing me to miss medical appointments

by far the worst cab service ever!!! They always say 5 minutes in show up 10-15 minutes later!!! They are extremely rude!! In always change the prices!! I do not recommend this company read more

Be careful with this company for the drivers tend to raise the price for their own convenience. Always call the base and request the price beforehand. I was taken to the airport at long island and the base quoted a price of $100 and the driver wanted to charge $160 . Never again will I use this service . read more

Everytime I move into a new neighborhood, one of the first things I look for is a reliable car service and I found that in NEW BROOKLYN CAR SERCICE . Whenever I have called, they show up very quickly and that is that. I even used them to take my mom to the airport when she was visiting, so I think that speaks volumns. The price is resonable and unlike most yellow cab drivers, they actually know where they are going and I don't have to give them directions so I can just sit back and relax and enjoy the ride. read more

New Brooklyn Car Service - Transportation Near Me - Brooklyn, New York

See all

Worst car service for Williamsburg. While they arrive quickly most of the drivers I've had lately do not seem to know where anything is and end up asking you how to get there. The point of using a car service is usually because you do not have a car and therefor are not familiar with the transit routes. These drivers do not have the basic ability to do their jobs. Calling them can be a frustrating waste of time. Use Northside instead! read more

Most of the time I am a fan. They show up quickly. If you have a favorite car and/or, remember the # to request it again. For the price, it is a good value for Brooklyn. Not everyone speaks or understands English well, so limit conversations. Once I did have to type my details into the GPS. Also, there is a lady dispatcher that should learn manners. The other people are good though. read more

They always answer the phone, don't put you on hold, pick you up on time, and the prices are fair.

Extremely disrespectful people and unreliable service ! I asked for a fare estimate and they hung up on me I called them again and they transferred me they did not apologize. Very immature people do not use their service !! Not worth it !! read more

Too bad I can't give it no stars!! Have used this service for over 20 years recently the service has gone down the toilet. First I called one day and waited outside with an infant for 45 minutes. Every time I called I was told the car was on its way til the dispatcher tells me the driver went off the radio and completely ignored the call. Today I stupidly Called again and so far 21 minutes waiting on this 4 minute car. Unreliable, unpredictable and unprofessional. Very disappointed with the service read more

Could get you from A to B but you will most likely be late. Callers are told cabs will take anywhere from 3-5 minutes when they actually take 15 minutes or more (so definitely plan ahead). Also, don't expect a pleasant experience l, when calling the base you will most certainly encounter rude and nasty service. I would avoid unless absolutely necessary. read more

I was yesterday in the car at night he asked me a bigger price and that the base told me I told him that I don't want to give this price he throw a cup on me and he came out on the street to me he told me that he will knock me out I told him I will call the police and we have eyes then he ran away read more

They were 15 minutes late for my trip to the airport. Not only were they late but when I called to ask where the driver was they were extremely rude, wouldn't let me speak, and hung up on me multiple times! Very frustrating. The driver was very nice and they have decent pricing but the stress of a late driver and rude customer service means I won't be coming back anytime soon. read more

This car service has been my go to car service for years now and always been fast, reliable and courteous but lately I dnt kno what's going on with them. For the past few weeks their phones ring continuously with no answer and when someone do answer there is never a cab available. They need to hire more people badly... read more

Called about 630pm looking for a cab going to the emergency room after waiting 15mins & no show I call back was put on hold for over 10 mins to be told they had no one in my area & hung up. Poor customer service read more

I found them to be extremely reliable and surprisingly affordable. Took them two or three times, including to the airport (La Guardia). I recommend Jorge (6460244-5836). Hardworking, pleasant, trustworthy car service. Many of the guys have accents, so good to re-confirm and clarify. Would use them again in a flash. read more

Their cars are always clean but they are super unreliable. They say 4 minutes and they arrive in 15. If you're trying to get somewhere in time, you might want to consider using a different taxi service. I called at 8am today the taxi arrived at 8:16, it is 8:25 now and I'm still not at my location which I had to be at by 8:20. The reason for calling a cab is to get somewhere in time, these guys don't understand that. I called several times within those 15 minutes and was told the driver was 30 seconds away, 4 minutes later I called again and was told the driver was turning. If they were honest from the very beginning I would've saved my pennies and been late in the train. read more

Very reliable car service. The dispatcher says 5 minutes and they get there like 2 minutes.

Terrible service. Nasty driver. Nasty dispatcher. Theives and liars

not a great car service. they are rude and hang up on you when you try calling a cab... they dont let even call you to tell you the car is on location, they always take the wrong route.. if you need a great car service in williamsburg i suggest you use Metroline Car Service, Metroline is the best. read more

Worst car service ever used. Waited 15 minutes while the dispatcher told me the car is 1 block away!!!!! Will Never use them again.

The afternoon dispatchers that start at 12 noon are horrible. I can't begin to tell you how many times I have been left stranded by them AFTER they told me a car was on their way. I've been using more Green cabs....they seem to be more reliable these days in Williamsburg. read more
