Stay away from this place. Dr. Glennon is a horrible woman with a disgusting attitude who treated me terribly. Don't know if she treats other people better since there are good reviews, and don't know why I deserved to be treated so horribly. Maybe she's having issues now, but she should not be taking them out on her clients. I am literally crying and shaking writing this, as this just happened half an hour ago. Especially because this is happening at a very difficult time in my life. So I brought my cat there for the first time for a simple check-up yesterday. She took my cat's urine and there was blood in it. I got very scared and started asking what could be wrong, etc. She started giving me attitude, asking why haven't I taken my cat to the vet earlier. I explained that besides the fact that my cat has been acting completely healthy and normal, I had gone through a very difficult ordeal in my life and also had a lot of health problems recently (I'm disabled but you can't see my disabilities), so taking my healthy cat for a simple checkup in the last couple of years just didn't seem necessary. I take great care of her, she's like a daughter to me. Fast forward, I was up all night worrying, got only two hours of sleep and was in the middle of a health episode, could barely even move. Dr. Glennon finally called. She said my cat's blood and kidney labs came back completely normal. Then she said that due to the blood in her urine, she "probably" has a UTI and needs antibiotics and asked if I could bring her in before noon. It was already 10 am and, I was in the middle of my health episode, so I asked my dad to bring her. I told my mom what happened and she asked why did the vet say it's "probably" a UTI, didn't they check specifically for that? Which I was also already wondering myself. I asked my dad to put me on speaker at the vet's office so I could ask Dr. Glennon. We're a family of highly educated people, just not in the field of medicine. My dad put me on speaker, I asked her if she could please explain why she said "probably" a UTI, and asked isn't there a specific test to be sure? Omg I don't know why this question set her off like I had just offended her deeply or something, but wow it set her off bad. She started getting loud and giving me horrible attitude, being incredibly condescending, saying there is a test that showed a lot of bacteria in the urine and this leads her to believe that it's a UTI. I was so confused why she was speaking this way to me, I was just trying to understand because she initially made it seem like maybe it is, maybe it isn't, and I was worried maybe it could be something else. So after that outburst from her, I tried to be even nicer, worried how I could possibly have offended her. I said I'm sorry, I'm not doubting anything, I'm just trying to understand because I don't know anything about the test. Omg it got even worse. She got even louder and nastier, started rambling about how it's not some test that she "picks bacteria off the floor, that it's only bacteria from the urine." Umm what? I don't even know what that was and who says something so ridiculous and why? Again, I tried to be nice and to explain that I was in no way doubting anything and said to her I really don't understand why you're speaking to me this way and attacking me when I'm just trying to understand my cat's situation. This woman then completely went off the rails. She ignored me and started telling my dad she "will not take this kind of abuse". What abuse? If anyone was being abused, it was me. This was just so shocking and unbelievable, I couldn't believe a vet was behaving this way and with my father there to witness it. My dad was trying to keep the peace because he wanted my cat to still get the shot she needed and had no desire to have any confrontation with this obviously unstable woman, so he continued being nice. He left me on speaker so I could hear everything. And after the shot was administered, the vet comes back and again starts telling my dad she doesn't "need this kind of abuse" "I've been here a long time and see thousands of patients" Umm ok but you're the one that's doing the abusing of a disabled person for no reason, and now you're trying to make yourself look good while basically saying I'm the problem. Right. This is honestly the most horrifying and shocking experience I've ever had with a medical professional. I'm just disgusted with this woman and how she treated me. And I don't understand why. I will never set foot in that hole again. I suggest Dr. Glennon seeks help for whatever issues she clearly has, because this is beyond messed up to treat people this way, but especially disabled people who are going through hardships, which she knew. Absolutely disgusting. Just stay away. read more

In the past a female vet always took cate of me and was fantastic. Over covid I got a new puppy and took him here for his shots. Upon my first visit they made me sit in my car as they took him in, which was unfortunate I wanted to be there with him but ok it's covid fine. Then the guy lectured me for being a couple weeks past the suggested time of getting his shots. Ok I get it but literally don't try to make me feel like a bad pet owner because truly I am not. Then he starts explaining all the things he needs one he said flea drops, I informed him I already do them. So he says no problem we don't do that then goes back inside to give him the shots brings him back and says they will email me the receipt. Upon looking over the receipt I noticed they charged me for the flea drops anyways. I called concerned that they actually gave them to him and they claimed no it was an over site and they would credit my account. Not return the money. His next round of shots was a month later. I've ALWAYS gotten reminders for appts. I got nothing until I realized it's been more then a month so I called and remade an appt. So I'm here today I arrive 5 minutes before my scheduled appt and another cat pulled in behind me. I hear the assistant tell that car they are 30 minutes early, hen they go back inside and 10 minutes later take their dog in. I waited 30 mins past my appt time for them to take my baby. So he gets his shots and they give him back to me and are explained the charges. THEY GAVE HIM FLEA DROPS WITHOUT ASKING AND I JUST GAVE THEM TO HIM LAST WEEK. Also keep in mind this is a 3 pound puppy so too much can 100% make him sick. So now they are "washing" it off him as I am in my car waiting now over an hour. I'm very disappointed in my experience with this vet and will be trying to find a better one. I don't know where the female vet that used to take care of my boys is but I definitely miss her (maybe she doesn't work weekends?) What a wonderful veterinary practice. We rescued a two year old Labrador Retriever from a kill shelter down South. He was treated down there but we wanted to have him rechecked here. Generally speaking, practices will not see a new dog on short notice. After explaining the situation, I was able to secure an appointment. At the facility, animals are picked up in the parking area. I believe his name was Jason ( technician) came out and greeted both my dog and I with friendliness and kindness. He listened to my questions and concerns with care. My dog was then brought in to be examined. After a 20 minute exam, the doctor came out and answered all questions I had and explained things to me very well. The tech then came out with my dog and placed him in my car with care. I really got lucky finding this veterinary facility. I have high regard for the whole staff and the doctor. Called one day at 9am and had an appointment and was seen by 12pm the same day. I have been to 4 different places in the last 2 months and there is something very different here, in a wonderful way. I felt for the first time in 2 months that my dog was cared about and my concerns were taken serious no matter how little or big those are. When you love something you do everything you can to help them and it feels like they understand that and treat thier animal patients as if it was thier own. I can't rave about this vet practice enough. We've been taking our dogs here for about four years. The staff always treats us like family and is super accommodating of our challenging dogs- they're both rescues and are not great with other animals so they always make it super easy and stress-free for us by making sure the waiting area is clear and if they are not, they escort us immediately back to a room. They are super thorough and you can tell they really love animals- this is obviously a business but I love that they put our animals well-being as a priority rather then the money. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Glennon and her staff. I *rarely* give 5 stars, but this place deserves it. Caring Minds: * Dr Glennon genuinely listened to me when I explained the issues my cat was having. She never once cut me off or dismissed what I had to say, as many other doctors for humans do. * Based on everything that I told her, she recommended different things that she wanted to do. As it turns out, from one visit alone, I was able to confirm many health issue suspicions that I had about my cat. *She explained in detail what I should do as a follow up and what I should look for. GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND! *After monitoring my cat for 2 weeks (and calling in every few days to give updates and ask what I should do), I brought my cat back for a follow-up. She wound up escaping from her carrier (little ninja), and when I opened my car door, in front of their facility, my cat bolted and ran. *The young man who opened for the day helped me to try and catch my cat before setting up the facility for the day. (She still outran us.) *The ENTIRE staff helped to look for my cat, and took turns doing so, for two-three days. *Thankfully, we did manage to catch my cat. Once we got her back, the staff made room for a quick check-up/follow up for her initial issues, as well as any other issues that may have come about from her great adventure outside. I've been using New Bridge for about a year now, and I can't express how wonderful they've been in treating my elderly cat. She has a thyroid disorder and cancer, and they have been instrumental in keeping her as happy and healthy as possible. The entire staff is amazing - towards the pet parents and also so loving and sweet toward the animals. When I'm there and even on the phone talking to Dr. Glennon about results and treatment, I feel as though they sincerely love and care about my girl as much as I do. A friend of mine referred me there, and they are a bit out of my way, but seriously, as someone else said, I'd drive an hour to get to them if I had to (although my cat probably wouldn't be too fond of that!!). Let me tell you about this Vet. A real 5 star. Only in their dreams. My small dog was overdue for her shots and to be fixed. I went to this Vet. and on that day. He suggested: She should have both shots that was overdue. But before saying yes. I asked him. Is it Ok to give her both shots at once. He stated Yes. So feeling bad that she wasn't up to date. I agreed. The very next morning, at 5:15am. Both my son and myself carried her to the car. (And she cried every step we took.) We raced her over to the Animal Hospital in Paramus. Which cost $320.00. (That was supposed to be for her future surgery to be fixed.) But cost was no object since she was in so much pain. Me still being the nice person: Just to let them know what happened: I had The Paramus Hospital faxed over this paper work to them. By the way: Both shots should have been only given 1 month apart. Do you think we got a call to see if our dog was ok. (Not even 6 months later.) To make this story even better. When my son found another Vet. They called the New Bridge Vet for my dogs records. The receptionist told the new Vet. There was no record of our dog being there. But yet I get emails constantly on how to take care of my animal. Yeah, Don't take your animal there! And if anyone thinks this isn't true. I have bills and proof of what went on. Now let me get a call. read more

Just brought my 15 year old cat to the vet for, maybe, the 2nd or 3rd time in her life. She has always been very healthy but recently stopped eating dry food and dropped weight. Dr. Glennon found a tumor in her mouth, so the crunchy food hurts. She gave us our options, but given the cat's advanced age advised to let nature takes its course and bring her back if she is in pain. She gave me some high calorie wet food to help with the weight loss. The cost of the visit was very reasonable and I do like that Dr. Glennon didn't try to 'upsell' a lot of diagnostic work. I have friends with animals who tell horror stories when they go to the vet and are guilted into thousands of dollars in tests and treatments. The office was clean, professional and they got me in the same day I called. I didn't wait very long and always felt I was attended to. Overall, I think this vet is great and highly recommend them. read more
