Dr. Pinto is the absolute BEST!!! I have never come across a better doctor. He makes you feel comfortable and the entire visit is always seamless. He preformed my surgery when I had to have an ovary removed and his bedside manner was absolutely impeccable. He takes his time with each patient, he's kind, and he truly cares about your health and concerns. Not sure what I'm gonna do once he retires..but hopefully that's not anytime soon! Best. Ever. I called to make an appointment as a new patient. I called pressed the option for new patient apts and was immediately put on hold which is fine but it was for over 15 minutes to the point where I thought they forgot I was on hold. lol. I hung up and called back and again was immediately put on hold so about 23 minutes into being on hold ( waiting that long is crazy I know) someone comes back to the phone, I let the them know I wanted to make a new patient apt & she goes to say how they can't make any new appointments because their software is down and to call back in two weeks...... lol I will not be calling back in two weeks. read more

No matter what time of the day your appointment is the staff always ignores you as you enter as it seems they are always eating lunch. And I mean you can see them feasting a whole meal through the glass windows. Once they do acknowledge you they never seem to be friendly. Which is odd because when I'm full, I'm always delightful. Once in the office it's still a very unfriendly environment and for some strange reason I am always offered birth control to solve any "problem". It's an awful place with awful people with awful advice. Not to mention they call you 5 minutes before they close on a Friday with any test results. So if you miss the call, count on yourself panicking the whole weekend. read more

It was incredibly weird, they were so cold with us. My wife has a risk of pregnancy because she had cancer twice. And, they schedule an appointment for us at 9:30, and when we got there they said that it was 9:15, nobody called us to confirm the appointment. We are in the middle of a pandemic, it was raining a lot this day the traffic was so bad, it took me one hour to get there. they just said to me, "I'm sorry I can serve you, I'm not the mother nature, I can control neither a pandemic nor the weather." My wife was feeling pretty bad, with strong pains in the stomach, the doctor was doing nothing there just hanging out on the counter, and even so, they didn't want to serve us. Terrible, I've never seen anything like that. They are so inhuman. I glad that God took us out of there. I can't imagine how they treat women on the delivery. read more

I have been with Dr.pinto and his associates since i was 16 years old. they delivered my son and couldn't be happier my whole family goes to them! he discovered my mothers cancer and took the upmost care of us all! They are friendly and warm and realistic they don't sugar coat. I will continue to go to them until i cant no longer. Best hospital even though its a teaching hospital i'am okay with that sooner or later everyone has to learn and they're not alone . Great service and best Dr. and the staff are friendly and amazing. your seen quick yes u might have to wait on busy days but its not like your there for 4 hours. so if your looking for a good doctor this is your go to office. read more

The women who answer the phone here always have a nasty attitude. If your don't like your job get a new one instead being a downer everyday. otherwise the doctors are very nice , it is just not a welcoming experience when you enter or Call the office. First i agree that the drs are cold in this office... I was referred to this office by a friend but my experience with this place was far from stellar. In the beginning the services were better but towards the end of my pregnancy their performance and care of my situation was lack luster. Unfortunately i was due to give birth during this pandemic. The only thing good is they got me in and out the office quick but that was due to covid. Otherwise my experience was awful. I dont care if its your first child being born or your tenth every pregnancy is different . An expect mother always want details how your pregnancy is progressing but instead of informing me I had to ask a ton of questions to get lack luster answers. Fyi the hospital associated with this doctors office is a teaching hospital and if you do not want to feel like a lab rat its best you find another hospital or facility to birth your child. I told my doctor i do NOT want a bunch of students working on me while delivering and guess what I was ignored... Many of my concerns were ignored. i can go on about my disdain for this obgyn but i dont have enough space. This was my experience maybe you will have better luck but beware of who delivers your child... i had to learn the hard way.. read more

So I had my first appointment here today and I was beyond happy. Everyone was so friendly and amazing. I love this place. I at first was very anxious because I had thought that I had lost my pregnancy, but Erica was so amazing and kept reassuring me the whole time and then she actually told me I am still pregnant. This was my first time at this office. I had been with a different doctor for close to 10 years. The experience between these two offices is night and day. I love the atmosphere of the staffs and doctors at New Beginnings. Jessica was amazing in getting me scheduled as a new patient. I went in for a 9 week pregnancy check-up to find out that I had a miscarriage. Dr. Patel was very nice and did not hide the fact that that was what I was experiencing and had Dr. Pinto come in for a 2nd opinion. He was polite and both of them broke the news to me right then and there. I truly appreciated that. I will be using them from that day on and will recommend this office for my friends and family. It's a shame that my insurance company will only cover two preventative visits a year because Dr. Little, Dr. Pinto, and their staff are always a pleasure to visit with. Both doctors are extraordinarily knowledgable and well-qualified professionals who each provide individualized care and their undivided attention to each patient. Dr. Little is my OBGYN, and was as well, throughout my whole pregnancy (2013)....I assure you that I never worried about my baby while under her care. Her professionalism, knowledge, and compassion (as well as experience, as she is a mother herself) is appreciated and hard to come by elsewhere. And I can't say enough about Dr. Pinto as well. His reputation serves him right. These two are the best at what they do!!! Finally just an additional brag...the staff at New Beginnings is excellent. They are on point, welcoming, friendly, funny.
