Dr Hill and staff at New Balance Chiropractic are simply an amazing group of people dedicated to your health care. I've come to Dr Hill for years to maintain positive spinal adjustments and he's never failed to eliminate pain when I've needed it the most. Folks sports injuries add up and without the amazing power healing hands of Dr Hill I'd be in constant pain. Dr Hill understands exactly what to twist and snap every time. When I lay down upon his table the twist and pops begin. Massage therapists can also tend to your muscular skeletal system needs are available on site. Some of the best muscular massages I've ever encountered in Seattle BTW. The new office building located across the street from the old building is absolutely amazing. First class spacious check in and waiting room. New hydraulic massage tables in the much larger massage rooms. Entire building has been outfitted for all your skeletal adjustments and they do take cash or insurance for treatments. Last thing for you to know is plenty of parking available so looking for a space is easy. I guarantee you'll feel relaxed with the staff & Dr Hill and may the pain subside after his healing touch is bestowed upon you. read more

Dr. Hill is a spine magician. He and his staff are extremely professional. I got into a motorcycle accident almost a year ago that left me with a compression fracture in my spine and a lot of pain. The very next day I came to Dr. Hill and he gave me X-Rays and pinpointed the problem. Got me on a schedule and I was fixed up just in time to serve in the U.S. Coast Guard. No more pain and I will continue to come back to him whenever I'm in the area. Thanks Dr.Hill! -Diego read more

This clinic says that they accept insurance but only so that they can get new clients in the door. They will try to convince you to prepay out of pocket instead of using the benefits that you are paying for, so if this is the only chiropractor that takes your insurance within 15 miles like mine, just find the closest chiropractor to you, It will be cheaper & easier. read more

Always feel cared for and taken care of with Dr Hill. He is gentle, kind and explains what he is doing. He keeps my 75 year old body moving.

Dr. Hill and Dr. Bernal are miracle workers! I came in with excruciating back, hip and knee pain and with their expertise and treatment schedule they got me on the fast track to recovery! I appreciate their drug free natural approach to treatment with chiropractic, massage therapy (Neli is the best!) supplements and recommendation of acupuncture. They offered to work on me multiple times in a day (at no additional charge beside that day's co-pay - who does that?) to help manage my pain and sped up my recovery time--it worked! I am very impressed with their front desk team. Claudia, Nadia, Vanessa and Hanno and the rest of the team who always put me at ease and are always friendly, professional and efficient. I highly recommend New Balance Chiropractic to anyone who wants to alleviate pain with a drug free treatment plan. Thank you doctors and team for helping me get better! Dishonest... patients are just their $$ maker. I went to the consultation. Dr. Hill showed my x-ray and told me I needed a lot of adjustment. He told me to come back 2-3 times a week for like 10 weeks. I thought it was excessive but I decided to take his words for it. After a couple of weeks of adjustment, I started to experience a new muscle pain, so I told Dr. Hill that I wanted to hold off on further adjustment until my body adjusted. His answer was that it's "good" that I'm experiencing new muscle pain because I'm being adjusted to the "healthier form." It made no sense but I went back a couple of more times, and every time I complained about the new pain, Dr. Hill "encouraged" me to come back again and again. He even saw me limping and still claimed I needed adjustment. It occurred to me that I'm just one of his money makers after the day they were running 30-40min behind. There are usually 2 chiro doctors - dr. Hill and dr. Bernal, and they were running 30-40min behind because "dr. Bernal had an emergency and dr. Hill had to see all of their patients on his own." People at the waiting room started to get upset including myself, and we were all given the same explanation. Why didn't they call to cancel some patients? I speculate it's because they'd rather make us wait and get the money from insurance than losing it. A couple of weeks after the incident, I saw dr. Bernal and asked about the emergency - I wanted to make sure his family was ok. Then he told me that he just went to see his family in Vancouver, Canada; it wasn't an emergency. So the explanation dr. Hill gave all of the patients that dr. Bernal had an emergency were lie to cover up the fact they didn't want to lose the money maker (aka patients) for the day. Once I learned that dr. Hill lied to me and all other patients, my trust was completely gone. It all made sense why he kept telling me to come back despite he saw me limping. Also, we all know good massage therapists are hard to find. When I found one, and I made an appt with the specific therapist, the front desk ladies kept switching the therapist without my consent. I asked them not to do it, and I always for the cookie-cutter answer "I'll make a note of it." Then they did it AGAIN. That time I left without getting the treatment from a therapist I didn't know. After the incident, they finally stopped because I refused to pay the cancellation fee. Another time I showed up, I was told my massage therapist called in sick. I asked why they didn't call me to let me know before I went; it takes me 45min to get there. Their explanation was that they did leave a message and my phone somehow deleted the incoming call record and their voice mail on its own. This place is such a hassle. Before you go there, know that they'll lie to you to get your money. Patients seem to be just money makers to them. read more

Dr. Hill and Dr. Bernal and staff are knowledgable and friendly. I was previously a skeptic of chiropractic work, but the results of my adjustments in a short period of time have been wonderful. I was having lower back pain and through a thorough exam they discovered it was coming from a necklace injury I sustained in a car accident 11 years ago. I was just living with the limited mobility in my neck, not even realizing it. After my adjustments I began to notice I could turn my neck without any stiffness. I would highly recommend New Balance and staff! read more

Dr. Hill and Dr. Bernal are genuinely and sincerely the answers to your chiropractic needs. New Balance Chiropractic is a clean, modern and up to date facility. Not only is the staff friendly, they are extremely experienced and organized when it comes to insurance, claim information, billing and referrals. From that, you get peace of mind. The staff handles all of the paperwork involved so that you are able to really focus on what matters, your health. I have been seeing Dr. Hill since I was 18. Throughout the years, I've never met a doctor so passionate about health, patients, his staff and his community. Dr. Hill is an expert in his field. I'm not too sure how long he has been in practice, however, I do know that he is constantly continuing his education by attending chiropractic seminars so he can provide the best care for his patients. He is able to identify issues immediately, find solutions and is honest about care. He makes you feel comfortable and educated, no matter how scary you think an adjustment is. He has helped me eliminate pain from a couple of auto accidents I've had in the past. Dr. Hill even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than the left through x-rays. He bonds with everyone that he meets; he calls me "kiddo" even though I'm 27 years old! He is someone that I trust and believe in. Dr. Bernal has been practicing with Dr. Hill for a number of years. He is as professional, down to earth and as caring as any perfect doctor can be. I am always excited to see Dr. Bernal; he is the BEST at adjusting my stubborn low back. He is someone I tell all of my friends, family and coworkers about! All and all, New Balanced Chiropractic is a truly special place to me. This is probably the only review where I wish there were more starts. Seriously. Dr. Hill was referred to us by our sports therapist, Lora @ BioJunciton Sports Therapy. (Also 5 stars!). Both of my daughters have seen Dr. Hill for sports, and more recently, a car accident where my daughter was rear ended. Dr. Hill is compassionate, gentle and thorough. He makes everything crystal clear and explains long term plans for treatment. Never pushy or uncomfortable. He has fantastic referrals for MD's when he feels it is appropriate and necessary. Every single person that works in the New Balance office is kind and talented - each a pleasure to speak and work with. I truly believe that everyone under New Balance's roof cares about healing people and helping with the process of recovery. After a rough car accident in Seattle, I breifly reviewed options for chiropractic offices in the area while experiencing intense back pain. Having found a bunch of good-looking reccommendations, I gave Dr.Hill's office a call and went with New Balance immediately because they scheduled me in for the same day - only hours later. I quickly learned that Hill (and staff) practice by getting thorough x-rays prior to any "work." As anxious as I was to have someone set my spine straight, I was thankful for this cautious approach. I visited back a few days later, and Dr. Hill had "read" the areas of my spine needing attention, then gently "corrected" me. I couldn't stop laughing - it felt so GOOD! Massage is proving to be an equally important part of my particular recovery needs, and the NB staff EXCELS at it!!! Both Ellis and Hannah are incredibly talented and seem to care about the quality of their delivery just as much as Dr. Hill cares about chiropractic work. I look forward to continuing to heal with New Balance and would recommend them to anyone who seeks relief. read more

Dr. Hill, Dr. Bernal, and the rest of the staff at New Balance Chiropractic are kind, caring and professional. I find the clinic to be a healing place that promotes health and well being. That's why I've been going there regularly for over a year. First for pain management which, through thorough examination, education, at-home exercise regime, and lots of treatment from the wonderful Dr.s there, has worked! They turned what started out as a scary, unfamiliar journey into one of the best things I've done for myself in a long time! I have not been pain free nor have I had this much of range of motion in years! I continue to go less for treatment now, and more for maintenance. And it's continuing to pay off. And now my husband and children and grandchildren enjoy the experience of chiropractic as well. Thank you friends at New Balance! read more

I highly recommend New Balance Chiropractic, specifically Dr. Bernal. He is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his profession, which truly shows in how he cares about the well being of his patients. His calm demeanor and willingness to listen make each visit worth while. With Dr. B's expertise in conjunction with massage, I made it through 9 months of pregnancy working as a dental hygienist without back, neck, or leg pain. AMAZING! Before seeing Dr. B, I never really understood why it was important to maintain good spinal health. He explained each adjustment to me and made me feel at ease throughout our visits. Chiropractic care is very important to maintain optimal health and I will never neglect my spine again. Thanks Dr. Bernal, you are the BEST! read more

Been coming here for almost 20 years ... amazing service and they works like magic ..

New Balance sets a new standard when it comes to customer service. You just don't see customer service like they provide any more. From all of the front desk girls knowing my name to Dr. Hill calling me to check in after my first apt and giving me his personal number for emergencies. I walked in here in a ton of pain and Dr. Hill and Dr. Bernal have gone out of their way to have me come in twice a day to get me moving and feeling better. They put patient care first and spend the time to get to know each and every patient. I could not recommend them more! read more

Dr Bernal took over my work injury case from another chiropractor (not in the same practice) and he had me moving in no time. He listened to what I had to say and didn't dismiss me and I appreciated that coming from another chiropractor who did. When it came to turning in paperwork everyone here faxed and called everyone, WA LNI, my company, and me. Super quick turnaround on everything. The office staff are extremely on the ball with making appointments and reminders and scheduling the prescribed massages. They always remember my name too. In general everyone here really puts me at ease, including Dr Hill whom I've never worked with but is just pleasant when I see him. I have been to a lot of different chiropractors in different states that I've lived in the last 20 years, this clinic is definitely on the ball. read more

One of the best back massage I've had. Will definitely go back. Great check in experience.

Dr. Hill and his staff are amazing. Dr. Hill is dedicated to overall wellness, whether I'm in for an injury or just maintenance to keep my headaches away. He not only adjusts all areas of my body as needed, but gives me tips and movement ideas to help me prevent and fix problems so that I don't have to come in as often. He even went out of his way to give me extra adjustments to keep a cold at bay the week of my wedding!
