I was solely looking at PGT windows which are considered high quality.. They also carry other windows as well . 2. Consultation: Very transparent, to the point, and honest which is what i loved. ( when dealing with other companies I felt as if I invited a used car salesman to my home. They would quote some ridiculously high price then ask for friends phone numbers, or to leave a sign in the yard for discounts.. which immediately turned me off) 3. Customer service: easy to get a hold of by phone or email answered every concern i had 4. Install, craftsmanship: they knocked out 6 windows in 1 day.. finished work was clean and super professional! 2 of my neighbors had High End replace the patio door, windows and front door. I needed my front…read moredoor replaced and I asked one of the neighbors her opinion and if she would recommend High End. I contacted the company, had someone from sales come over, took measurements, and quoted me an estimate. The sales person remembered my neighbors and gave me a referral discount. The door was custom made and since High End is a small company with only 2 guys doing the installation, it did take a while to schedule an appointment and have them come out and install the door. The guys were great. The door frame was removed and replaced and the door properly installed. I purchased the peep hole and door handle with lock myself. The team installed it for me. Inspection passed. I am a happy customer. I love the new door.

They were courteous, professional, and did a WONDERFUL job. Even the inspector commented that they added some waterproofing (in the only WOOD FRAME WALL in the house) that helps prevent future water damage. They used the right material, and it was ABOVE what the code required. I watched as they worked. As an engineer, I always learn something. These were skilled installers. They cut the bucking to not need shims left to right which was cool to watch. They took their time and measured twice. Their attention to detail was high. They treated my place with respect. They showed up on time, and were working. They installed 14 windows in 2 relatively long days. I would recommend these guys. Also, on the sales side. They did not try to sell me crazy stuff. Brandon was a pleasure to work with. This started as 4-5 Openings... But we decided to do all of the windows.
