From my personal experience, here are the main key points that I think you need to know (both good and bad): 1) They do negotiate. 2) They do not charge any extra fees (no dealer fees, no bogus package add on fees, etc). 3) They do not pressure you in any way; very quick easy used car buying process. Mark (the salesman) was outstanding. 4) They let you test drive their vehicles alone (they do not accompany you on test drives). 5) *MAKE SURE YOU GO GET AN INSPECTION DONE WITH YOUR OWN MECHANIC BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING ONE OF THEIR CARS!* I failed to get a professional inspection done before I bought my used car from them. *WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OF BRINGING MY CAR HOME, I HAD TO PAY $2,300 IN REPAIR COSTS.* 6) Took 2 months to get my title. 7) Do not tell them you are paying with cash until the very end! :)

Hunter was my service advisor, and made sure I was kept in the loop at every stage. Everything was very efficient and well communicated. I didn't catch his name, but the gentleman driving the shuttle on 8/20 was very kind! He texted me when he was on his way, and was there to pick me up within 10 minutes. This was such a great perk and alternative to taking an Uber or Lyft! The associates that closed me out were also very kind and helpful. They made sure to go over everything that was completed, as well as provided me with recommendations for services I may need in the future. But once the warranty ended, I had my oil changed closer to my home. Then I received a coupon in the mail for a great oil change deal, so I went back. The service dept. leaves something to be desired IMO, esp if you are a single female who knows nothing about cars. First, they found a cracked boot. I got a second opinion closer to my house and Toyota was 1/2 the price. Or so I thought. I mentioned this to the service writer. Not once did he tell me that the price quoted me was only for 1/2 the axle. I know nothing about cars & I feel that he just wanted me to get the job done there, knowing full well that the other quote I received was for a FULL axle. The work was done & the price was as quoted EXCEPT for a $95 shop charge. This WAS NOT part of the original estimate. This is super shady - will not be going back EVER.

But they charged me a lot of money! This place is not trustworthy and if you have a high-end car, they will charge you based on that high-end car and not fix the problem. I am not sure what the problem is with these people (maybe they don't like certain people) but something is suspicious about them. I contend that they didn't switch out the parts and just charged me for that issue because you will have the same problem. You can take your chances with them but I would look into another place to avoid the risk. I am not sitting here and the problem has gotten worse. Although I called to complain yet again, they were comfortable with me just contacting the authorities to try to resolve the issue. Make up your mind about using them, but in my opinion, I wouldn't. "They won" in my case, but caveat emptor (Let the buyer beware). Your money is hard-earned so go to someone you trust. Or, just take your chances!
