Not a good medical office. Customers please keep your receipts for every payment made. They contacted me after 5 months. Tried to charge me twice for the same service i already paid. Good thing i always keep my receipts and they couldn't. The whole experience was bad. I sent them proof and still had to wait for confirmation. Their answer was that they are low on staff, well not my business but you don't have to charge people twice to be able to hire staff. I almost reported this business for fraud. One of the chiropractors there, Dr Jex, used a Y strap on my neck - I didn't know what he was doing - I thought he was just stretching out my vertebrae. Without warning, he snapped it and my entire spine cracked all the way down. On top of that, he twisted me so far that I now have lower back pinched nerves I can't get to go away. I am afraid I will never be able to move and exercise the same again. I'm in terrible pain 24/7 and I snap, crackle pop like I never have before. I've had to get care elsewhere to fix what he messed up. So utterly saddened and angered. read more

DO NOT go here for the live blood analysis of MTHFR!!! Dr.Laurie put me on all different kinds of "natural" supplements, and said it was harmless, but I broke out into burning rashes all over my body numerous times and had to go to urgent care twice. She said it's cause the gene thing I have, but I saw and Allergy Dr, Dermatologist, and Hematologist and they all agree that it was what she gave me to take. WAY too many pills at once. I don't care if they're made of amazing ingredients, still way too much. And too high of a dose too!! (says the Hematologist I saw for a second opinion about the MTHFR gene). The Hematologist (BLOOD DOCTOR) also said that this live blood analysis thing she does is NOT backed up with science at all and has no proven research behind it. Go to hematology for a second opinion!!! Nevy health had me living like I couldn't eat anything on the strictest diet, and hematology said it doesn't have to be like that at all. read more

Dr. Jex is amazing, I went in for my first appt with him and he was very thorough in his pre-adjustment examination and evaluation. I ended up needing X-rays before being adjusted and he got the order done very promptly for me, then called me later in the day to go over the results with me and answer any questions. The worst type of care ever experienced! All they care about is money. They have no consideration for their patients. I was told to pay for a service which I never received. I was late but I could have received at least a 15 massage and I still wouldn't have minded paying full price but they completely denied me service and were asking me to pay $50! What for ?! Nothing! I asked to the speak to the manager and when I did she said the owner of this practice will believe everything she says versus I, the patient because she has been working there for over 25 years! I was like oh my God!! How could she say such a thing! I just walked out and never returned back. I do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Don't even try going there. Even the owner is not nice cause he should have contacted me but nothing and I mean absolutely nothing was done about this issue. Dr Laurie found some conditions which I didn't even know that I had that are now rectified and have been life-changing like MTHFR. Also some skin conditions that were easily treated by supplements and a lot of blood test. She's also an excellent chiropractor. My husband and I had appointments for 90 minute massages we purchased off of Living Social before Christmas. We arrived a few minutes early to fill out paperwork. The office staff is very friendly and professional. We filled out everything and were called back to have consultations with doctor Goodman. Dr. Goodman was very professional and thorough. My massage therapist was Sabra and my husband had Sarah. First let me tell you that I was a massage therapist for 5 years. Sabra was amazing!!! She worked all my muscles attachment site and corresponding muscle groups to release trigger points as well as break up lactic acid. The body work that Sabra performed was superb. She honestly is one of the best massage therapist I have utilized. Her pressure was perfect. Every trigger point she found was worked on and released. She utilized her knowledge of muscle groups and attachment sites to work out my areas of concern. Sarah was also amazing! I would totally recommend this Nevy Health Wellness center to anyone looking for pain relief, total body health and total wellness. I have used Nevy Health for several different services and all have them have been stellar. I have received chiro adjustments from both Dr. Loth, as well as Dr. Pavtis. In addition, I have also done the 'live blood analysis' with Dr. Pavtis as well. After viewing my blood, I started taking supplements to help balance out the deficiencies and they seem to be working well. I have also done B-12 shots and Trigger Point Injections. Besides the services, I can't pass up a good massage. Nevy Health has some amazing massage therapists that really work to relieve the tension in the muscles and dissipate the trigger points in my back and neck. I hate the way Nevy Health does business! I had a groupon for a massage that I was going to do in March. I had to reschedule. I get a call tonight reminding me of my appointment for tomorrow (2 1/2 months later). I had totally forgot about my appointment and was going to have to reschedule again. I call them back and they told me that because it was within 24 hours of my appointment they wouldn't do the full massage, they would just give me a dollar amount credit. I brought to their attention the fact that their courtesy call was less than 24 hours before my rescheduled appointment for 2 1/2 months later? So now they want to charge me more than I originally bought the Groupon for. Total BS!!! Keep the money. Beware if you ever have to reschedule an appointment and forget 2 months later. read more

It was different from other massages as he seemed to elongate my muscles. I didn't know how tight my muscles were until he started working on me.
