Our car was then broken into over the weekend while at the shop. The people cut the chord on our baby camera wired into the car. Even though camera was wired to car and the chord is clearly cut the body shop doesnt want to take any responsibility. States it was our fault. Car was also left completely dirty on the inside. Took it back to them and they said it was the timing chain. Had it towed elsewhere and they said my engine had no oil in it and was seized. One of their staff promised me they were going to help me fix my car; never admitted they did anything wrong, but also didn't check the engine out! After weeks of promising they would help me fix my car while I recovered from a double mastectomy I learned they had only found potential help from one agency that would cover $300-$400 dollars of the $6000 engine their regional manager suggested I buy. Then the lost my # I guess because I never heard from them again despite their claims they would help fix my car. Will NEVER take a vehicle there again nor would I recommend anyone else do so eite Your office worker promised me they would assist with the repairs of my vehicle! And admitted they never checked the engine! I have a witness to the entire conversation where she called from her personal phone. Once again you never reached out to actually help me but offered to buying time to try to prove your workers were not at fault. Not once did you actually contact me and ask me despite claiming you would in the response you have not deleted. Lied to weekly about its completion and was never given accurate info. Even the day I demanded my car back they were an hour late. The work they did was good but not worth the time and head ache. If you tell people two weeks you deliver in two weeks maybe three, not nine! Go anywhere else!!!!
