She is so good with the dogs and their humans) and my pup went from knowing nothing to literally jumping through hoops and giving high fives! When my dog was a pup she struggled with getting groomed. She did not like getting her paws cut. I was taking her to a fancy expensive dog salon and it wasnt great. Ashleigh spoke highly of Nat and we trusted her. Im so glad we did! NAT is so patient with her! She always looks great and he was able to build a relationship with her now she's so much better about getting her hair cut.

Whoever is training this staff deserves a big shout out because these employees go above and beyond. They take the initiative. They make suggestions. They cheerfully show you where the product is located and share their knowledge. Whether it's locating that one thing you need that they don't have, or locating more than what they have in stock and having it held for you until you can pick it up. They will even special order product for you and call you when it arrives. So nice to have great customer service. I drive over 200 miles just to stock up here. You can't beat their prices. I will be stocking up on food, treats, toys, chews, and even their leashes and collars.

When we first brought Chewie home, we were very worried because he had a cough and needed medical care. As a new puppy owner, it was stressful and scary because all we wanted was for him to be healthy, comfortable, and okay. I am thankful that Puppy Boutique Las Vegas did not ignore our concerns and helped make sure Chewie received care through the clinic they partnered with. I also want to thank Calvin for being friendly and helpful during the process. Even though the beginning was stressful, I appreciate that they stayed involved and helped with Chewie's health. I also want to give credit to Flamingo Pet Clinic for helping treat Chewie and taking care of him. Because of their care, Chewie is doing much better now, and that has been a huge relief for us. At the end of the day, I am thankful that Chewie is healthier, happier, and doing well now. The store didn't have it on the shelf but was able to order it for me and called me the following week when it arrived. When I went to pick it up, I was surprised to see that they offered free nail trims at this location on Thursdays from 10-4, which is such an awesome customer perk.

We spoke with an employee, Chris, and asked if it was okay. He said it was fine as long as we were finished by 7 PM. We told him no problem because our dogs are small and we would be in and out. We washed our dogs quickly and were drying them when we noticed that the towels available were stained. We went back and asked for three clean towels and asked if we could pay. Chris told us the towels were clean, said we didn't need towels, and told us we should have come earlier. He then refused to give us any towels. We explained that if he wanted us out by 7 PM, we needed the towels so we could properly dry our dogs. He continued refusing and eventually told us to leave. We explained that our dogs were still wet and that we weren't going to pay for a service we weren't able to finish. Instead of simply giving us the towels, he started calling the police. Thankfully, another employee, Lisa, was there and gave us the towels. We were then able to finish drying our dogs and I paid for the service. After we paid, Chris immediately started turning off the lights, and it wasn't even 7 PM yet. I'm extremely disappointed with how we were treated. If arriving 25 minutes before closing was an issue, they could have simply told us, "Sorry, it's too late for today. Please come back tomorrow." We would have completely understood and left. But that's not what happened. We were specifically told that it was okay as long as we were finished by 7 PM. Unfortunately, after this experience, I will not be coming back.

You could tell this lady loves her dogs and really takes care of them. She made thoughtful recommendations, and made great ideas for our little mini pen. One thing that impressed me was the walk-in services that they had like tooth brushing, gland, draining, etc. And the prices are very inexpensive. Nine bucks for tooth brushing? Count me in. We will be bringing Vixie in to get her teeth freshened up. She also made great suggestion about some natural alternatives to help lower our dog's anxiety, and those were very very well placed. Placed. We bought a sample pack to try cuz it was very expensive to buy a full bottle and they worked really good so we'll be back to buy more Bottom line? If I ever need anything for my four-legged furry friend this will be the place I go.
