I was hesitant to sign up my two children with Vivos because I was worried they might not follow instructions, however Dr. Bennentt assured me that if they didn't follow instructions I could cancel the monthly subscription of $320/month anytime. After, paying roughly $5k and trying out the different appliances, it was clear the two were not able to comply, so I cancelled and stopped paying the monthly fee, however, the option to cancel was only an option when signing up, upon cancellation they changed it and now are sending me to collections for another 3k. I can't endorse these kind of business practices. Another challenge I have with them is communication. Over a 5 month period they've only contacted me twice before sending me to collections. They are very busy, if it's something you need to discuss that is important, you will always be waiting for a call back. One more warning, if you lose a custom appliance, you will be required to pay for a new one at a cost of around $600. If you don't have the $600, tough luck, you can continue paying your monthly payment with no office visits (since they aren't needed at that point) or go to collections. read more

Our son has been receiving treatment for I think a couple of years now (it is so easy to lose track of time). He has been using the Myobrace appliances. We have definitely seen an improvement in his jaw growth. The path that led me to Neuvo Wellness began with my concern that he did not have enough space in his mouth for his permanent teeth. Orthodontics was an option but, after learning about other issues and myobrace's claim to fix all of those, this sounded like the perfect fit. We appreciated being given significant discounts for paying up front. We are happy with the improvement we have seen and are hopeful we will see significant improvement in the other areas. I feel it is still too soon to pass judgement on worth vs cost. The reason for my review today is two fold: over the course of the time we have been there, the turnover has been impossible to miss. It seems we see a new face everytime we go in for an appointment. The office isn't large, so it has caused me to wonder a little bit about that. Then today, our trust in the corporate company itself has been shattered. We were sent home with a sleep study and, during the night, it slid off of our child's finger. Unfortunately, our dog found it and chewed it up. Knowing we needed to take responsibility to replace it, I called to inform the office what had happened and ask how to move forward. I was told the office manager would get back to me. In the mean time, my husband jumped online to see what the approximate cost of the device was. He found the exact model number for $150. Knowing that companies need to account for fees and penalties, we would have accepted being charged twice that without any complaint. But we learned that, in the fine print of the contract we signed when we left the office with the device, corporate charges $3,000! $3,000 for a device we could have just replaced ourselves for $150 and no one would have been the wiser... Not only is this a heavy blow to our finances, but also to our trust. If they charge that much of a mark up on this, where else are they gouging their customers/patients? To be fair to the office staff, they have worked with us as much as they feel they can and we appreciate their kindness and understanding. But, if their hands are tied by corporate, and corporate is this dishonest, it doesn't really matter how nice they are - I no longer feel comfortable recommending their company. If we weren't already prepaid, we would be looking elsewhere for a myobrace practitioner. This makes me really sad. I do not like to write bad reviews - especially when I feel I am hurting the messenger. But I feel people should know... read more

Dr. Bennett is the most kind, patient, and understanding person. Especially in doctor/patient setting, I really feel like he cares. He cares about the people, he cares that his product and services work, and he cares enough to educate. I have had several concerns or questions arise and Dr Bennett is always calm and kind as he takes the time to help understand. We moved out of state and have to travel back for appts, and he does all that he can to accommodate and make it feasible for us to achieve our end goal. He knows what he is doing and his staff works seamlessly with him to make it a good experience! read more

It appears Dr. Bennett did far more damage than good. And we paid a significant price in pain, money, and disruption for what appears to be unexpected side effects of the treatments. Dr. Bennett charged $3,500 to improve our daughters TMJ. His treatments provided temporary relief, but as soon as the treatment was over her TMJ pain came right back. What appears to be long-term damage caused by the treatments is much worse than the TMJ pain. More than a year after completing treatment with Dr. Bennett, our daughter's jaw pain became so extreme she could not eat. We took her to an oral surgeon who ordered an MRI. The MRI found something suspicious on her jaw bone. The surgeon ordered a CT scan, then did a biopsy. The results of the biopsy were sent to a pathologist and an infectious disease clinic. The whole process cost thousands and thousands of dollars. The pathologist found a low-grade infection that was slowly dissolving the jaw bone. The oral surgeon said that based on the location of the infection (the outside of the jaw bone, high up on the jaw, and away from any teeth), the only reasonable explanation for the infection was an injection at that location. It would be highly unlikely for that spot to get infected any other way. The only person that did injections at that location of our daughter's jaw was Dr. Bennett. It appears Dr. Bennett's treatments caused the problem which cost almost triple Dr. Bennetts fees. It also derailed our Christmas. I can't recommend Dr. Bennett. The treatments were expensive and did now work. The cost to undo the damage he did was much more expensive than his fees.His treatments appear to have almost caused permanent damage to our daughter's jaw and she still has the same TMJ issues she had before she saw Dr. Bennett. read more

would not recommend! I went to this clinic because I have terrible jaw pain and a friend came to this clinic a few years ago to see Dr Bennett and was very happy with the results and highly recommended him. They have a new doctor, Dr. Ollar. I would not recommend him. I was there for over 1 1/2 hours listening to him talk. He talked very fast and it was very hard to understand him. After about 20 minutes of listening to Dr Ollar I blocked it out because I couldn't keep up with how fast he was talking. He kept talking and talking and I couldn't understand much of what he was saying. I tried asking questions but after he talked for an hour and a half he acted like I should understand everything and didn't want to take any more time and rushed out of the room. My head was spinning and I had a headache after listening for so long! The dental assistant explained it so I could kind of understand. I felt Dr. Ollar's mannerisms, his fast speech and not wanting to take time to answer any questions after he took an hour and a half of my time showed a lack of self-confidence. He talked about so many things it was so confusing to me and then he referred me to a chiropractor. I felt like he wasn't very confident in helping me with my jaw pain. I will only go back to this clinic if they get Dr Bennett back or a more experienced doctor other than Dr Ollar. I would not recommend Dr. Ollar!! read more

I am very grateful to have found this great team at Vivos. Dr. Bennett is highly intelligent and if you comply with the modalities that he suggests you will get feeling better. Anyone who is saying otherwise is too prideful to admit that they did not follow the treatment plan that was prescribed for them. After trying so many sleep apnea remedies, I was referred to Vivos. When I got there, they gave me over an hour of tests, x-rays, and evaluations. When the doctor came in to discuss the options, he said Vivos would be the best option to help my severe sleep apnea. They then took me to an office to discuss financials. What they don't tell you is most insurances do not cover this appliance and oh by the way, it's $7,000. I told her I could maybe make payments, but I would need to check with insurance first. She said they charge first, then wait for the insurance. That seems super backward. How about we see first if insurance covers all the procedures and testing, then we get tested. Now, after finding out my insurance would not pay for the appliance, I am stuck with $500 of evaluations and testings there were done without the office checking to see if my insurance would cover. This type of medical practice does not seem legit or fair. read more

WOULD NOT recommend Dr. Ollar at this clinic. My fiance came to this clinic about jaw pain and sleep apnea. She seen Dr Ollar which ended up being a horrible experience! Dr. Ollar is a dentist and he talked to her more about her hormones and advising her to see a Holistic physician than he did her jaw pain. She spent 1 1/2 hours listening to him talk about hormones, having blood work done, seeing a Holistic physician and gong to a chiropractor, which ended up being a big waste of her time! She said he talked really fast and was hard to keep up with him. He made her feel very uncomfortable and felt like a dentist does not need to be talking to her about hormones and trying to push holisitic medicine on her. There are specialists for this and a dentist is not a specialist in the things he was talking to her about. I only wish I would have been there with her so I could have told him we thought he was way out of line. Not a good experience! I would suggest finding a different clinic and dentist if you are having jaw pain or sleep apnea! My fiance will not be going back to Dr Ollar and we for sure will try and get the word out about this dentist to prevent others from wasting their time and money! read more

This was a very confusing appointment. If you have jaw pain I would recommend a more experienced doctor. I had an appointment with Dr Ollar a few weeks ago. Dr Ollar talked really really fast and it was so hard to comprehend what he was saying. I was there for way over an hour just listening to the doctor talk really fast which sounded like gibberish to me. I tried to ask clarifying questions but he seemed to get very frustrated by my questions. He did talk very highly of a chiropractor he goes to and told me he could help me, and more than likely fix my pain issues. The way he was talking I thought my appointment was over and I would go see the chiropractor he was recommending to me. Dr Ollar leaves the room and then someone else comes in to talk about treatment cost and tells me if I want to go through treatment at this clinic it would be a few thousand dollars. I was so confused because why would I pay a few thousand dollars for something the doctor wasn't confident would fix my pain but he was very confident that the chiropractor he wanted me to go to would definitely help. I was very confused when I left there so I would recommend looking for another more experienced doctor. read more

I posted my review originally on google, but I had such a good experience and results with Vivos, that I am posting this on Yelp as well, in case it can help someone else. For years I have suffered from chronic neck pain, headaches, jaw pain, inability to sleep, and fatigue. I had learned to try and deal with it, because none of my doctors were able to tell me the cause of it, much less how to fix the problem. I had been given meds for the pain, but no definite diagnosis. I took x-rays on my neck, spine, as well as a variety of MRI's, with no success in identifying the cause. I read some reviews of VIVOS online, and out of simple desperation to try anything, decided to come check it out for myself. I had already made an appt for a pain treatment center to at least try to end the pain, when I went in to see Dr. Bennett. The initial consultation was only $49, so I thought it was worth a shot. I brought the x-rays, scans, and previous MRI results, hoping to avoid paying for new scans. After speaking with Dr. Bennett, we met with Kelly in billing. Despite some of the concerns mentioned in other reviews, Kelly answered all our questions thoroughly, and made it easy to understand the options open to us. We chose to run some additional scans and I am so glad we did. Dr, Bennett was able to not only give me an immediate diagnosis, but also showed me what was causing my problems. When I left VIVOS, after my very first appointment, I was completely without pain. I was not given any meds, yet I was free of pain for the first time for as long as I can remember. I cannot express how grateful I was to Dr Bennet and I felt like a completely different person. I immediately cancelled all the other appointments I had made with the Pain Clinic, a TMJ clinic in American Fork, and elsewhere, and have solely been working with Dr. Bennet. After a month of treatment now, I am on the way to fixing the issues that have affected me for so long. Obviously, one solution is not going to work for everyone, and people will have varying results. But after so many years of unsuccessful results; of hearing so many times "maybe it's stress", or "nothing looks abnormal" ; it was so good to have Dr. Bennet identify not only the cause, but give me accurate guidance on what I need to do to fix the problem. No matter what I, or anyone else claims, each person will have to decide if VIVOS is the right solution for them, but is it worth coming in, and taking a look? Without any hesitation, I would say definitely. I have recommended Dr. Bennet to my friends and family, and if you suffer from any of the symptoms I experienced for so long, come in, talk to him, it might just give you the answer you have been looking for. read more

We signed a contract with Vivos for three of our sons to receive Myobrace treatment. They billed our insurance 50% and we paid the other 50% in a payment plan where they would bill us each month for 12 months. At the conclusion of the twelve months, we discontinued the treatment plan, we were not convinced of any noticeable results in our sons. After three months they began charging our card again, although we did not notice the charges until 10 months after they started charging our card again. We called their office to try and resolve the issue. They said we still owed money because our insurance hadn't paid their 50%, due to their negligence, they did not receive payment because the failed to update their address on their billing forms. After considerable effort on our part, and involving a lawyer, Vivos received payment from our insurance company despite being past timely filing. Now Vivos is refusing to reimburse us the unauthorized charges they made to our credit card. They are adding erroneous charges and fees that were not included in the original contract that our lawyer believes is retaliatory. We are now in the process of suing them in small claims court. read more

I tried the NightLase procedure. Even after the first treatment my husband commented that my snoring wasn't as loud as before. It wasn't even painful. It first felt like light touching then progressed to light pricking by the last treatment but at no time was I miserable. I was amazed. Laser always sounds so scary but it wasn't at all. They said it might feel a little scratchy afterward for a day or so. I had totally forgotten about it within a couple of hours. As far as the snoring now... I forgot to wear my appliance and cpap last night and didn't keep my light-sleeping husband up at all. Yay!!! Usually if I make the slightest peep he's shaking me to wake up. So excited! read more

I have found the TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Utah very impressing. I had been suffering with severe jaw pain for the past couple of years and dentists were never able to tell me what was wrong. I was recently told by a dentist that I needed to see a TMJ specialist. I searched google for one that was close to where I live and TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre of Utah came up. I made an appointment with Michael Bennet and hoped he would be able to help me. They were great. I don't think I've ever had a doctor who took the time to really evaluate the issue and talk to me about it. The woman at the front desk, Lori, is also great. It was a great experience to have a game plan after just one visit and I am looking forward to my treatments and TMJ therapy with them. I am just so impressed and felt I had to write a review.
