Frustration had reached a high and fed up with the deterioration of our neighborhood we got the City folks involved in our clean up effort. We also gave Management Services an opportunity to solve the problems their tenants were creating with garbage piles and trash/recycle bins not being returned to units after they were emptied. We're pleased to say that with everyone working together, the majority of the problems have been rectified. The City sent out letters reminding people of proper trash handling and the necessity of getting trash and recycle bins out of the roadway when emptied. Management Services has someone in the area regularly keeping an eye on things. Our neighborhood is looking so much better. We still have a few people who just don't get it, but we now have confidence that Management Services will continue to educate their tenants and that the City Solid Waste Manager, David Cox will be keeping an eye on our neighborhood. Thank you, Mr. Cox and thank you, Management Services for your efforts on behalf of College Park!

Our agent, Becky Bengel, was just an amazing professional who guided us every step of the way. She worked with us as out-of-state (CA) buyers and helped us to stay calm during some of our moving challenges and even provided assistance when our truck broke down in the Arizona desert! When making such a radical move, you really need an agent who truly CARES and who treats you like family. Becky is that person. She worked so hard to make our move and purchase as worry-free as possible. I also want to give a special shout-out to Maggie Bramwell, who was incredibly helpful, kind and encouraging throughout this process. I highly recommend Becky and the Tyson Group!

I've dealt with multiple property Management companies and I honestly have no complaints with their service. The cost of their service is a drop in the bucket when considering your home is cared for as if were their own home. Any issues my tenants have are quickly resolved due to their relationships with local business in the area. Their service is so great that I am considering purchasing another home in the area for them to manage. Making them your property management company will be the best business decision you've made for your property.

We had him out several times, and he missed his promised time every single time. We had to call several times when he forgot he was supposed to be at our job. Still, once he was there, he would work diligently and make every effort to do things the right and best way, not the easiest way. He did not take shortcuts, and you want an electrician who cares about doing your wiring correctly. He also took the time to solve problems we presented that were not part of the original plan, and he added them in at a fair price. This probably explains why he was often late. It can be hard to know how long a job will take, especially when you are doing your best to do things safely and correctly and taking the time to do it right. So we were understanding about that, once at our house, he often stayed longer than scheduled to make sure we were happy and the job was done correctly. We will use him again.

After Hurricane Florence here on the NC Coast, my former (rental) home had to be gutted and the prospects of finding a new home (or even storage for my belongings, because of the unique circumstances of the hurricane devastation) were dismal, according to other agents. He did a great job. So when we suffered water damage and subsequent mold issues this winter, I turned back to AdvantaClean. I am more than 100% pleased with the results. The damage involved two rooms. Jeff, Will, and some other workers worked very hard and with dedication to find all the damaged flooring and wall, get it out, clean everything up, and then fix it. I felt like they not only were hustling hard but that they were doing as good a job as if they were working on their own homes. I completely trust AdvantaClean, Jeff, Will and the crew to be honest, hardworking, skilled, and very thorough, and they get my highest recommendation.
