She won't let the driver leave if the patient is taking a Valium! No joke! Parking Lot: This gets 2-3 stars. There is not enough handicapped parking for the people they serve. My dad uses a walker and needs to park close to the facility. When we arrived for his appointment there was no close parking except for the "doctor's only parking." I made the suggestion to the front desk receptionist that maybe they could find parking further away to allow their patients closer parking spots. I'm posting this review now in hopes they will see this and consider the change. Time: From a Caretaker perspective....You have to stay with the patient during their procedure and you cannot leave the property. When we arrived we were told they were running "30 minutes behind", however, it was over an hour wait with no apology! I work full-time and need to be at work. My appointment was scheduled for 24 August as a new patient, however, I received a call last week to confirm that my appointment was actually scheduled for 27 July 2026 at 11A.M. When I questioned the woman whether the new appointment date was correct, I was reassured that it was correct. I rearranged my schedule to accommodate the new appointment date. I drove to the office arriving 20 minutes early as directed to complete my new patient paperwork, only to be told by the receptionist that my appointment was actually scheduled for 24 August at 11 A.M. and I would not be seen until then. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. When I asked the receptionist why I had not received a phone call to explain their mistake, she responded that she was busy all morning dealing with insurance issues for another patient. To which I responded, a phone call would have taken two minutes out of her busy morning to let me know. What defines customer service is how those mistakes are handled. Unfortunately, Dr. Govgan's office chose not to take responsibility or show any empathy or professionalism. I left his office feeling dismissed and inconvenienced. Since that time, I have been treated by Dr. Ranadive for Aortic Valve stenosis. Additionally, I had a coronary blockage that resulted in a coronary stent being placed. This resulted in remarkable results. Over the years, I have now been treated by all the doctors, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners in this practice. Professionalism is exceptional. Patients are not just pushed off on an assistant, but when I need to be seen, these assistants discuss my case with a doctor on duty to insure the treatment plan is the best. Although I sometimes have to wait to be seen, when things become urgent, this practice jumps through hoops and miracles happen! After 13 years, I am convinced that I have received the very best cardiac care available. They all care!
