I've only been to this facility for a couple visits to see Dr Asha Tota- Maharaj, and unfortunately, my experience has steadily declined. While the facilities are modern and the administrative side runs efficiently, it's become increasingly clear that the focus here is more on business metrics than on genuine patient care.
Appointments often feel rushed, with little time given for meaningful dialogue or thorough assessments. There's a noticeable emphasis on upselling services and procedures, some of which feel more financially motivated than medically necessary. It's concerning when decisions about care seem to hinge more on billing potential than on patient well-being.
The provider is certainly knowledgeable, but the human element of medicine--listening, empathizing, and building trust--seems to have taken a backseat. As a patient, I don't want to feel like a line item on a spreadsheet.
I hope the practice can find a better balance between running a successful business and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care. Until then, I'll be seeking care elsewhere. read more
