She is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to ask detailed questions to understand my needs and goals. The peptides we have chosen for my needs are MOT-C , Copper and CJC. What I appreciate is she works with both a doctor and nurse consultants which adds an extra layer of expertise and confidence to the guidance she provides. John should not be in a management position. When I questioned information he gave me that I…read morebelieved was incorrect, he responded by calling me a "f***ing idiot." That kind of behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable from someone in a leadership role. If this is how he treats customers, I can only imagine how he treats his employees. Managers should lead with professionalism, respect, and accountability, and unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Decided to try this dispensary, since it is just down the way from one of my usual. Some different…read morebrands than some of the others carry, namely No Till Kings, which I had never before seen or tried. Fine bud tending, steered towards a deal for this premium bid, so nice direction, after short discussion. Very similar to all the other locals otherwise, for layout. Parking is a bit skinny around the back down a kind of alley, but I came in the middle of a weekday, so fine. A little confusing, since other businesses are at the gated front area and it is a little bit of a fake out. I dunno if I missed a sign but I got there. If that's you too, just come back out and take the NEXT short right.

They have a great selection of buds, joints, edibles, clones, drinks, and plenty of concentrates. Each time I come I generally bring my gf and pick up two Oz. They have a pretty good house flower that compares to a lot of more expensive buds and has good flavor. I personally like the coastal sun brand which they carry here. It's $20 for 10 .35 joints after tax. The coastal sun 8ths go for $20 and the 1/2 Oz go for $60 for greenhouse super dank buds. I wish they would keep the half Oz bags in stock regularly I search for those. Please stock more coastal sun half Oz I will come buy 8 every two weeks. Anyways I can definitely recommend this place. They have a decent selection of edibles, carts, and flower, and I mainly go for the edibles and am pleased every time. Their prices are also very competitive for OC, and they always run promotions. Only few downsides are that the interior gets a little warm and parking may be difficult to find because it's at the back of a different building.

I've been coming to Catalyst for a while, and honestly, the products are fine, but the customer…read moreservice has been consistently disappointing. The security and front lobby staff are usually friendly, but once I get inside, I often run into budtenders who seem uninterested, don't make eye contact, and act like helping customers is a chore. I've experienced this multiple times, not just once. The latest visit was today , and it was enough for me to finally leave a review. I'm always respectful, know what I want, and I'm probably one of the easiest customers to help. All I expect in return is basic customer service a greeting, some friendliness, and a welcoming attitude. I've also had a previous issue with a defective disposable that was replaced, but even then the interaction felt cold and dismissive. At this point, it's become a pattern. The products keep me coming back, but the customer service is making me seriously reconsider where I spend my money.
