He's shady and gives off vibes of a slimy used car salesman. After the sale closed - he showed up at our house UNANNOUNCED on more than 4 occasions seeking the mail of the previous owners. When we were not home, he got my cell number from our relator and he proceeded to call and bombard us for weeks about getting him their mail. Despite this annoying behavior, he is just a weird old man, so we tried not to make a stink about it. BUT, later we realized that his clients had breached their contract and not paid a fee they owed because it was not explained to them clearly (Noel's fault). We contacted Noel and he claimed concern and that he would definitely help us get this resolved and planned to call me back on Monday. He never called, never answered my calls/texts, etc, and just completely ghosted us despite following up with him multiple times. It's understandable he didn't represent us, but he said he would assist in resolving this issue and then ghosted us, which is such unprofessional behavior. This man also called and showed up at our house so frequently when it benefited him, that its a bit shocking he would be such a coward. He could have, at minimum, had the decency to return a phone call. Stay away from Noel in all capacities. Edited to add: I called Dianne Pattons office on 3 separate occasions to address this directly with them but unfortunately no help was provided.

We were very happy with the support we received. She was committed to making the sale happen as smoothly as possible and did whatever was needed to close the deal. She listened to all our needs and communicated them well to the buyers' realtor. Problems seemed to dissolve in her hands (from needed repairs to the disposal of our washer/dryer) and she is flexible, yet strong in taking control and putting up with no nonsense. She is expert in the real estate laws and current market and was a perfect ally for us. We can't thank her enough for making our recent home sale as stressless as possible in these difficult days. I gave her over $1000.00 in origami paper to be donated to a nonprofit in Nevada city that she sits on the board, we have contacted her over and over and over regarding the donation that we need the receipt no follow-through. I know she has not donated the paper because when I finally did get a phone call they thanked me for closing. I did not give me clothing. I gave her over $1000 worth of origami paper from a deceased friend of mine Daniel Brooks I would really like to know what she's done with the paper and where it is!!! I feel as if she's really taken us for a ride not explaining a lot of things to do with VA loans that when someone is buying your house with the VA loans you absorb a lot of the cost they don't. our house sold in one day, not due to Mimi because it was another agent that brought the buyer and obviously our house was in pristine condition. I reached out to them minutes after they listed a rental on Chief Kelly Drive, and followed their application policies. Showing agent Leslie Robbins called me the following morning to let me know I was first in line and would have the first opportunity to see the rental and apply. She also stated that Sunday would be the first opportunity to see it. When I arrived for the appointment on Sunday, Leslie informed me that someone else had already submitted an application. I questioned her multiple times about how it was possible that someone else had already applied when she told me I was first in line and she responded that they just got a new application system and that somehow someone was able to submit an application and they can only process one application at a time, so if that person is approved then the rental is theirs. I called the office and spoke with owner Craig Adachi. I explained the situation and he said he would speak with Leslie to get her take on the situation. He called me back two days later after I'd left another voicemail message. He said Leslie told him that I was second in line and that she showed the property to this other individual on Friday because they were first in line. I again explained to Craig that Leslie told me I was first in line for this property and he said that it was my word against hers and that he believes her. I suppose it is her word against mine. Leslie lied to me and lied to the company's owner. She cheated the system (I'm sure for a friend). How can anyone trust a company like this? I can almost guarantee that I am a more qualified renter than this other individual, so their client (the homeowner) also loses out. What a terrible way to do business. I'm disheartened by the way this was handled, and a bit disappointed in humanity.
