Mimi is an impressive realtor with huge reserves of energy and carefully honed local connections. We recently sold our home in Nevada City through Mimi and her team. We were very happy with the support we received. She was committed to making the sale happen as smoothly as possible and did whatever was needed to close the deal. She listened to all our needs and communicated them well to the buyers' realtor. Problems seemed to dissolve in her hands (from needed repairs to the disposal of our washer/dryer) and she is flexible, yet strong in taking control and putting up with no nonsense. She is expert in the real estate laws and current market and was a perfect ally for us. We can't thank her enough for making our recent home sale as stressless as possible in these difficult days. It was delightful to work with her and her wonderful team in the office.

I gave her over $1000.00 in origami paper to be donated to a nonprofit in Nevada city that she sits on the board, we have contacted her over and over and over regarding the donation that we need the receipt no follow-through. I know she has not donated the paper because when I finally did get a phone call they thanked me for closing. I did not give me clothing. I gave her over $1000 worth of origami paper from a deceased friend of mine Daniel Brooks I would really like to know what she's done with the paper and where it is!!! I feel as if she's really taken us for a ride not explaining a lot of things to do with VA loans that when someone is buying your house with the VA loans you absorb a lot of the cost they don't. our house sold in one day, not due to Mimi because it was another agent that brought the buyer and obviously our house was in pristine condition. Otherwise it wouldn't have sold. I would advise anyone to fully research the real estate agent you're going to use because I do not recommend Mimi and her so-called teams

Don't bother renting from this woman if you're not a senior citizen or a family. I was profiled…read moreand treated like garbage from day one. Karen decided she didn't like me and my girlfriend from the beginning, actually accusing me of tracking mud on the floors when we walked through to see the place for the first time, even though the mud prints were very clearly in the shape of a dog's paw. She begrudgingly rented to us after a few weeks because the house obviously wasn't going for what they were asking (a lot compared to my current place), after a multitude of unreturned calls and delays. She called every reference we listed and asked them very personal questions, like if we drink alcohol, and what we do for fun, which last I checked is none of her business. She assumed me to be a pot grower from day one, and even made little sideways comments as I signed the lease that she wasn't sure why I wanted to rent there, as there was little sunlight that reached the property. She promised to furnish the house with a washer and dryer that never materialized even though it was in our lease, forcing me to go to the laundromat for a year (after talking up what a VIP property it was), insisted on performing a walk through three months after I moved in that I'm pretty sure other tenants are not subjected to, harassed me repeatedly for my hypersensitive neighbors complaining about my dog barking even though Animal Control determined he was not a problem, and refused to renew my lease unless I let her inspect my garage for an illegal grow first. She allowed our neighbors to harass us, trespass on our property, and retaliate at their will with no repercussions whatsoever. She even tried to blame me for my house being vandalized and almost broken into by one of the local meth heads, even though we had a police report to document it. I've never been so insulted as a tenant in my life. I'm not a grower or a criminal, and I will not be assumed as a criminal for no good reason, and that's what I was treated like for a year. I refused her ultimatum and moved right up the road to a house with a landlord that isn't constantly intruding in my life, and even better, no nosy property manager. My favorite part was when I was moving out and she showed up for the walk through, remarked how spotlessly clean we had gotten the place, then tried to hit me for $200 in cleaning fees two days later, claiming her cleaning lady was there for eight hours...cleaning up my spotless house. Right. Then she threw a fit when I asked for half of my money back, which I felt was a compromise. It really felt like she just did what she could do to be a thorn in my side for the entire year. In summary, this woman was nothing but rude, hostile, did not deliver on many promises, and was extremely intrusive to us as tenants. She at best acted like she tolerated us. I do not recommend her services whatsoever. She made us feel like nothing but a burden even though I was on time with my rent every month and left the house in pristine condition. I've only waited this long to write this so she can't retaliate and badmouth me to future landlords. She's that vindictive. Stay away if you're under 60 and enjoy your privacy and no stress.

We couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Cami Beckerdite!…read more Cami worked with my wife and me for an entire year while we searched for the right home. Throughout the entire process, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and supportive. Most importantly, she never once pressured us to buy. She genuinely wanted us to find the home that was right for us, even when that meant a long search. Cami knows the local market extremely well and gave us honest, valuable insight every step of the way. Her knowledge of the area and the market gave us tremendous confidence in our decisions. She also went above and beyond by helping us find reliable contractors and other local services to assist with inspections, repairs, and evaluating the property. That was especially helpful as we were new to the area. After a year of searching, we finally found our home and closed with Cami by our side. We couldn't be happier! She has also been incredibly kind and welcoming to my wife and me as we begin our new life in the area. She made us feel like more than just clients. Thank you, Cami, for your patience, expertise, kindness, and for never giving up on us! The others basically told us to call them if we were in the area and wanted to see their listing... like "show me the money and I might be interested". We didn't really know what we wanted, so Nevada county was only a retirement "possibility". Robin literally drove us around the county! She FaceTimed when we were remote. Once she "got us", she visited properties on her own to create a list. We were in a rush, and she was responsive, flexible, and a great communicator. Patient, not pushy. I've bought and sold several houses & properties. Robin is one of the best at her craft! We ended up with a fixer-upper in Lake Wildwood (I was looking a bit more turnkey). However, Robin gave us 4 different contractors contacts, so the updates were easy! She negotiated credit from the seller to cover some of those updates.
