So when we decided on one, we were considerably stressed out when she did not return our calls or messages for several days. We were about to rent elsewhere when we finally heard back from her. Furthermore, when we signed our lease and received our keys for the property, she did not communicate with the property owner, which led to a misunderstanding where the home owner thought the property had been broken into and added a lot of stress to the situation (moving is stressful enough!). During our rental period of several years, we dealt exclusively with the property owner and everything was smooth and great. However, once it was time to leave, Judee was not just unhelpful, she was pushy about showing the property to new tenants while we were still living there and insisted it would be fine despite our warning her that we were in the middle of packing and cleaning. Afterwards she made rude comments about the state of the house to the potential new tenant, the owner, and even other professionals in the area! Not only was it incredibly unprofessional but it was just plain rude. I would not recommend dealing with her as a property owner or renter.

Mimi is an impressive realtor with huge reserves of energy and carefully honed local connections. We recently sold our home in Nevada City through Mimi and her team. We were very happy with the support we received. She was committed to making the sale happen as smoothly as possible and did whatever was needed to close the deal. She listened to all our needs and communicated them well to the buyers' realtor. Problems seemed to dissolve in her hands (from needed repairs to the disposal of our washer/dryer) and she is flexible, yet strong in taking control and putting up with no nonsense. She is expert in the real estate laws and current market and was a perfect ally for us. We can't thank her enough for making our recent home sale as stressless as possible in these difficult days. It was delightful to work with her and her wonderful team in the office.
